The food was absolutely awful. The soup tasted like water with flavouring chemicals, the chicken was directly from a pre-cooked box and they couldn't even follow thr instructions on the box because it was raw... The mashed potatoes were milk and flakes, the french fries were pre-cooked and 2 weeks old. And for dessert (we pre-ordered everything before we knew it was horrible) we had profiteroles like we've never had before. The small donuts were frozen and couldn't be eaten. To top it all off, when we told the waitress about the raw chicken, she told the manager who replied "So what if it's not edible?".
0 out of 10 would recommend.

Avoid at all costs!!!

We dropped in for a quick drink.  The prices were absolutely fine at RON 5 for a beer.  Restaurant seemed to be busy most evenings with hotel guests - presumably on half board.  Food looked good.  Live music every night which went on quite late - rather repetitive!

The stay was already badly started, we sent an email for a check-in earlier as written in the hotel ad but our room was only available from 4pm. As for the room it's right clean bathroom big bed 180x200, the mosquito net was broken. For breakfast: it's not unusual the pastries are frozen coffee is disgusting and the orange juice cut with water... but I keep the best for the end, the restaurant... a horrible reception, the servers don't do their job I waited 20 minutes to have a coffee when there were only 3 people at the table.

Best 3 star hotel I stayed in Romania. Room was clean, nice and comfortable. We had a triple room, it was a bit small for 3 adults, but we only used it for sleeping, so it was OK. It had a small balcony, good for smoking and drying wet towels. Bathroom was awesome and clean, lots of storage space in the room, fridge, hairdryer, TV, great AC. Complimentary bottle of water was a nice touch, really appreciated it after long drive. Had a good sleep, good soundproofing. Our room faced the street so no view, but I did appreciated that there was no noise. The hotel is rather new (2 years) and although it's not perfect, when comparing to other places, for what it offers and for the price, it offers great value for money. Would stay again. Breakfast was good for 3 star (basic, but good). Didn't like the cheesy design of lobby and restaurant (but then again all Eforie is cheesy); fridge had a bad smell and there were insufficient free toiletries for a seaside hotel (shower gel in small envelope, instead of a dispenser). There is public parking in front of the hotel, but it's limited and I think in high season it may be a problem. There is no private parking. Location wise it's not on the beach front, but it's close enough (5 min walk), but far enough from the central noisy area.

Good value for money for a 3 star hotel

This is how pizza looks. You cannot eat any pizza  because of the bad ingredients used, defrosted dough, low  quality ingredients, arrogant and bad staff, if your order draught beer expect to receive the wrong one, the bill never comes, only if you about or pursue in a hunt for the waiters .... I Do Not Recomand!

Incredible vad service and food

For the second year, I spent the summer holidays here. Clean hotel, nice staff not to talk about how to eat. Great cuisine, Neapolitan pizza guy makes pizza like Naples. So I'll see you in 2019.😘😘😘

A dream vacation

The hotel was opened in 2016. It is centrally located but still in a quiet location. The rooms are small but comfortable and pleasantly furnished and have a shower, toilet, air conditioning and balcony. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Recommended 3* hotel

the staff very friendly and the rooms are very clean and smell very nice. The rooms are ok for 3 stars and the breakfast was good and tasty.The most important think was the efficacy of the staff , very friendly. I high recommend this hotel without any doubt. 

Very clean and very friendly staff

We were 3 adults and a7 year old child staying in a triple room. The room was large enough for all of us, but indeed the double rooms were pretty small. 
The room was clean upon arrival but no one vacuumed it during our stay and no one cleaned the bathroom. The towels were changed every three days and the bed sheets were changed every four days. 
The breakfast was ok, with eggs, omelet, cold cuts, cereals, butter, gem and tea/ milk. It became borring after 4 days since nothing new was added or changed.
The singer was still there every night, but we were not disturbed by the noise because the rooms were soundproof.
The best part were the people. The receptionist, the manager and the waiters were all friendly and tried to make our stay as lovely as possible. Overall we had a good time there.
