The apartment from the 12th floor was very nice and cozy; the only minus was the odor from the bathroom drain that appeared from time to time. This can be resolved by a ventilation pipe from the basement to above the hotel.
The food was fresh and delicious. The SPA can be extended outwards, with uncovered 
 pool.

Good hotel with excellent services

All was amazing the place is really nice and clean ,we had a few issues in our first day but the next day our problem was resolved by Ramona the best girl from there and the Manager was amazing helped us a lot . Well done !!! Have to mention it was my first holiday back home in years and it was really nice!!! Thank you 

Holiday

we stayed here on our holiday and it was a great choice. the rooms are clean with a great view, they have a big variety of tasty food. the pool was clean and you can stay there to relax and enjoy the day. the staff was friendly and helpful every time we had any questions 

Great holiday 

As couple we stayed almost one week at Steaua de Mare Hotel and it's our favorite location from Romanian Litoral. 
Rooms are cozy with nice design touches wich make accommodation very pleased. 
Also the rooms are equipped with a mini bar, full of great stuff, a big TV screen and a huge bed. 
If you need an Internet connection to send a rapid email entire complex has Wi-Fi coverage. 
In the end let's not forget employees wich are very polite and very helpful. 
Must try it! 

Best location from Romanian Litoral 

I stayed here last summer, with my family, 2 adults and one child 6 years old,  from 08.08 till 18.08.2017, at Delfin Hotel.We had an appartment. Room is good, double bed is big enough, but the couch in the second room is bad, bad, bad. You can't sleep there, no matter if you are child or adult.
The food is awesome! Very tasty and also you have something else every day, except breakfast :)
Pool is great, but you need to wake up really early if you want sunbeds.
I would recommand this hotel to a family for their food, pool and animation team.

Good hotel

We stayed at this resort in August  2015.

1st problem we encountered was of course a parking spot. After “greasing” a nice   parking guard we were able to “find” one. 

So next step on our agenda was to do the check-in. In the reception area we were greeted with indifference, lucky for us the manger was around and it soon fixed  the problem and also gave us a nice room for which we are thankful. 

At this point, we didn’t get the “All Inclusive” bracelets because of the possibility to take advantage of  the hotel facilities (restaurant/bars) before the official check-in time. I found this a bit strange for an All Inclusive hotel, specially  on arrival when people are usually greeted with complementary drinks and invited to have a snack….

[The  room] 
It had  a SPLENDID sea view. No balcony but that’s because they expanded the rooms by  closing the balcony, it was  not an issue, if anything it was a smart decision from their part. The bed and furniture were also OK/decent.

Air conditioning and fridge were working normally at “Meduza”, however I heard people complaining about the air conditioning at the sister hotel “Delfinul”.
Room was spacious enough but the walls were thin and you could hear your neighbors  when talking and using the bath. 

[RESTAURANT]
So here starts the “it feels like a job”  part. There were queues everywhere at every freaking type of food, even taking a dish had it’s own queue. Now personally I think that the blame here is part hotel management, part people poor education and the  fact that the All Inclusive concept is rather new for most guests. So they did what they new best: sit in a line to “not miss” anything.

Ok! so now that you fought your way and got a plate with food, next challenge: where do you sit? There are not enough tables for everyone, thus you need to organize your family/friends/etc: - one gets in linen on a food queue, whilst another searches   for a table and once he finds it, he guards it, because if you did the mistake of leaving the table unsupervised... you might find it occupied by other  hotel guest(s).
Once you got your table and your food plates, you get to  taste the food and I have to say it is well prepared and I didn’t  found anything wrong with it and I'm rather picky. 

Same I can say about the beer they had, it was good (Golden Brau )and  you could also get all sort of branded drinks in the afternoon and evening. 

[THE BEACH] 
Hotel has  a bar on  the beach and a LIMITED amount of sunbeds for which  you had to  get up at around  5:00 AM to “reserve it”, by putting a towel on them. I like to watch the sun rising so doing this was easy, but for most people it was a chore (half-sleep zombie army on the beach -). 

Honestly I can write about 10 pages about everything that was good and bad at this resort, but I doubt anyone will have the patience to read it, so to summarize:

- Good: food, beer, room, view.
- Bad: not enough  sunbeds; not enough  tables@ restaurant;  not enough parking spots; uneducated hotel guests.
- Overall: I felt like working not relaxing.

Felt like a job not a vacation.

We were a group,3 families with 3 kids and we stay for a week. Very poor animation for kids and for adults just few live songs in the evening. Food was ok,my kid got indigestia from a smelling prosciuto at the breakfast. Not enough sun beds and umbrellas at the beach,have to wait in the line 2 hours every morning to get a sun bed. Small ro and the bathroom was a disaster...toilet not working,brpken shower cabin,my wige hurts shes foot with that slide door. Just felt on her and no one came to fix it. Broken miror. But they do make the room every dsy. Any way its 2 expensive for what they offer.
