Really beautiful place, staff were nice but services need improved… it’s a 4* hotel! 

I stayed here for 2 nights with my family. Every morning at breakfast there was no juice. After about 20 minutes a jug of juice would be brought … but then … everyone at breakfast has to get some juice (as everyone was waiting for ages), so when my turn came to pour some juice - there was none! (Again). It took ages for more juice to be brought out, although I mentioned this to the waitress… 
Also no clean tables at breakfast. We had to take our own cutlery from other tables, and wipe a table ourselves so we could eat…. 

The cleaning in the rooms was strange… the first day the cleaner probably wanted to replace the shower gel in the shower, however she left no shower gel at all there! Also the soap run out (a fancy plastic tube which looked huge, but only had a little bit of soap). So as a result, the next morning in the shower when I realised that the shower gel had been taken - I did not even have some soap from the sink to wash myself with! 

The tea/coffee facilities had not been cleaned either. Mugs were left dirty from the previous day. Glasses were left dirty. Coffee was not replaced either. I mentioned at reception that we would like the coffee replaced … but nobody came! Disappointing. 

Nice place, but the staff need some training I think.

Not great service

We stayed here for 3 nights. The staff were very nice, polite and welcoming. They have a swimming pool, jacuzzi, dry/wet saunas. The rooms were warm and comfortable. Choose one with a balcony, we did and we did not regret it. We really enjoyed our stay.

The best experience ,very welcoming staff especially the weitress Elena is really lovely and polite.
 Food is delicious. And great athmosphere, cosy but in a high standard that make you feel special. The best restaurant we visited in our holiday time around here. 

A must place to visit, I would definetly come back! 

Very clean and tidy rooms, very good 3-star hotel. Especially the kindness of the staff is to be highlighted! Kitchen is also very tasty, only on the first day the apprentice may have prepared the stone mushroom (in the map under forest pearls) and forgot to spice it. Very good starting point for the visits to the monastery within 60/80 km to recommend.

It fits.

We came across this really nice hotel by accident. We arrived very late, around 9:00, we got into the room and went to the spa which was unfortunately closed...the lady who ran the spa was really nice; having realized our arrival time problem gave us the opportunity to stay alone inside the auction explaining in a pre-emptive way how we could get out and close everything leaving the remote control for the lights, the guys from the reception and bar offered us coffee in the morning, inpecuniously clean the rooms and their pleasant furniture... from the balcony of the room there was a beautiful landscape looking at us personally I would go back very much and I would advise you to go there for a little time afterwards we had no chance to eat in the restaurant.

Hotel with charming SPA

The pension is located nearby Voroneţ Monastery (3 minutes by feet). Not to be missed! Very clean rooms, nice service at the restaurant with excellent traditional food, very relaxing spa conditions. I would definitely try again! Extra: Beautiful view from the terrace.

Excellent accomodation in Bucovina

The rooms are small for a stay of 3 nights and the bunk is hard. The reception is very good, the room was clean when we took it but the room maintenance during the stay leaves to be desirable and the vacuum cleaner stayed for three days in the hallway of the rooms. The bathroom is very small and the toilet items provided to us were in small quantity and poor quality for a 4 star. The spa was not watered and we could not use the services of the pool and sauna when we got there last time (personal wifi is absent despite a waiting time of more than 15 minutes.

He doesn't deserve a four-star rating.

We stayed for 2 nights in 2 rooms: room 1 and 2 on the ground floor. a huge disappointment:(((The staff especially in the pool a certain Violet not very professional, the water always cold in the pool despite our complaints(we were in 4) more complaints of the other 3 guys who were there and that they also asked to raise the temperature of both the water and the pool environment. the dirty rooms(hair on the bed and on the floor in the bathroom) at the departure the reception girl, even asked us how our living room went despite our faces of dissatisfaction and sadness.

Total disappointment

The accommodation was good and very clean.
The food was great and with taste.
The host is very kind and available for the guests in order to offer a good stay.
Prices are ok.
Recomend also for holidays in winter or eastern.

We've stayed here for few nights a family with 4 children and have a great time. The apartment was very clean , staff friendly and food is the best in the area.  
 The views are spectacular. 
If you are in the area try the restaurant and you won't be disappointed.
