it is amazing and wonderful place ! we have a beautiful experience and amazing travel !
I recomand this hotel everyday . I eat there,everything was good,you could make your vacance in this hotel ! is a nice place !

it is a verry nice hotel !

We stayed at this hotel for one night, in a family room. The room was clean and spacious, but it did not have a very fresh smell inside. The extensible coach where the children slept was not comfortable at all, it had holes and bumps and it was very hard to find a good position to be able to rest. Also the sheets were not covering the whole couch, they were too small and they were actually cover sheets.
The breakfast was very basic - by far not reaching the level of a 4-star hotel.
The personnel was friendly and willing to help.
The hotel does not have a private parking, one has to park in the street.

Reasonable place but not a 4 star service

This hotel has potential but I was disappointed. First of all if you sleep here, please bring your own pillow. The ones they offer are incredible big/tall, it’s impossible to have a good sleep. 
Even though it’s a 4 star hotel, in 3 days spent here nobody cleaned our room, they didn’t even entered in the room. 
The air conditioning didn’t work in August (unacceptable) and there was no mosquitoes net. 
The staff was friendly, the rooms big and tall but overall I do not recommend. 

Not a 4 star hotel

To be fair, this wasn't the worst place I've checked in.. But.. I've spent two nights here in november and I'm pretty sure I won't be soon again.. The hotel is nice, old design, royal looking. The room was spacious but I found it cold. I had to sleep with two blankets and a robe. The staff was kinda nice but pretty absent. The breakfast wasn't great but acceptable. The TV was small and the reception was bad. The restaurant I had dinner in was very cold. Dinner was ok. I'm sure I won't stay here again when in Hațeg as long i have another choice.. 

A little under average 

We stayed there for 2 nights but it seemed much longer. We had a room in the attic which got very hot during the day. When we tried to turn on the air conditioning it was not working and we found out from the reception that it was not turned on. The person that could turn it on was apparently not available so we had to suffer the heat. The sheets had spots and were torn, the bed was broken, the mini bar had cans with mold on them but at very high prices. Breakfast was bad. No buffet we had to choose from 5 different options. We tried 3 different ones but they were all tasteless. We could have water OR lemonade. I asked for an orange fresh juice for my kid and got a Cappy. The staff was young and not very experienced but this was not a problem, everybody needs to practice, but they did not even try. One of the ladies from the front desk was just sitting in the armchair chatting with friends. You could have easily mistake her for a guest. 

I would never come back

I booked an apartment, room 110.An average apartment with 2 bedrooms, but without a door between them. The floor was poorly made,the walls where Durty or torned and the air conditioning wasn't working, instead there where 2 fans, one in each bedroom,noisy and ugly. Definetly not a 4 stars hotel apartment. I will not go there ever and i will advise my friends to do the same.
