We booked the vacation for the end of April for 3 nights, with breakfast and dinner included and also a festive meal for the 1st of May. For dinner we had no choices, it was just one dish for everyone (no vegeterian) and for lunch just a few options from the entire menu were available. The room wasn't very clean, there was a lot of dust in the bathroom, on the handle, some white powder from when they repainted either the walls or the door. I didn't see it until it was on my clothes, from my hands. Now if you can look past these inconveniences, the area is breathtaking, away from everything, quiet and green. I think if they would invest a bit more in their services, this place would be a huge hit. Until then, don't get your hopes too high. 

Not what I expected

We have tried to stay here, even booked a room un advance. My bad I didn't check the reviews on tripadvisor. There was only one lady who cooked, served and clened the rooms. She was indeed overwelmed. The owner was there but didn't care to serve his guests with drinks from thw bar. Moreover, he yelled at some guests who leved immediatelly. We also leaved without having done the check in after 2 hours. The rooms were dirty and smelly.

Horrible experience

It breaks your heart to see the potential of this location but such a poor maintanance and service. We planned a 3 days trip for 30 persons and we almost died freezing, we were blamed that we didn't ordered drinks from the bar eventhough there was no one there to serve us, the rooms were poorly cleaned(a nice way to say messy, dirtly and smelly), we had no key to lock the room and the promised (we were about to pay for it) bonfire never happened. We complained several times about the fact that it was very cold but no one did anything about it and in addition to this when we wanted to discuss with the owener did not bother to get to the location, arguing with us on the phone about the fact that he wanted to pay the full price.

If you have a bit of respect for yourself you'll pass the visit to this no manner location. 

The worst experience ever! 

We had a group trip planned 2 months in advance and when we got here we had no heat, and this happened at the end of October. We all had to sleep with the jackets or sweaters on and got a flu after that weekend. The owner didn’t communicate anything related to why this happened. Also, he promised us a fire camp (that we agreed to pay for) and this didn’t happen either. The rooms are dirty and we had damp on the walls. Some of the room that are listed for 5 persons + 1 child are in fact for 3 persons maximum because the sofa was not expandable as promised.
There are only two ladies in charge of cleaning the entire place (about 13 rooms), cooking and in dumping the tables. This was a bit overwhelming, but I don’t think the owner is thinking about it.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE !!!

Uderstaffed: 2 people that cook, clean your rooms and toilet
You cannot use the barbeque, you cannot ask for heat in the room (cold as s**t btw)
Food: well i was raised in a poor family and i had better food. So bland and dry that even on deserted island you could have better.
When asking the staff any information they will snap at you not knowing anything.
You can ask them for a clean rag and cleaning detergent to cleanup your own table... wait that is not a good thing.

This since i cannot call it a hotel has 4 flowers or whatever.

Btw it smells like mold in the rooms

Stay away from this, camping with a tent will be better

We arrived at 20.00 and ordered the food on the run, we had to choose between 2 dishes (from the menu of the day which was set for a large group staying there). 
After we ate, we went to see the room. First I was shocked by the unpleasant smell and humidity of the room. The sheets were wet from so much moisture, the pillows the same. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The walls were full of moisture and mold. We decided we could not stay there with a two-year-old. We moved to the next room where the situation was about the same (a little less moisture). To the right of the hollow is another building under renovation, the landscape is desolate, construction materials and scattered debris all over.
The restaurant and terrace are dusty, sticky tables and bad smelling.The food was decent but it bothered us that the big group menu was their priority we had to eat what they had in the menu or wait 1-2 hours until they had time to cook for us other menu dishes. Prices are quite high for what they offer. Breakfast includes: eggs, cheese, salami, some vegetables, milk, butter, jam and awful coffee.
The yard is generous but the children's playground is quite unsafe.
The staff or better said the person who served us tried to help us but she was overwhelmed by too many people asking her help.
