We've booked 2 rooms for our family. Everything was outstanding starting with the clean bathrooms, nice and big balconies, tidy and clean sheet beds and the hotel facilities.  
The pool is big enough for everybody, the saunas diversified. 
One of the nicest things was the fresh perfume smell around the pool when we first got in the hotel. 
We got breakfast in the morning and i must say that it was really surprising compared with other experiences.
 10 out of 10 for the staff reception as well, as they were helpful with all our requests.

Amazing food, very clean room with a nice view.  Great relaxation at the pool area also the spa as well  . We had a very pleasant stay so we will definetely  be back soon!

Starting from the reception where the very friendly staff and the rest of the staff have a professionalism that you rarely meet in Romania. Accommodation, meals and treatment that make you feel good! A pleasant holiday. I RECOMMEND. I will came back definitely

It was a great experience

I gladly recommend this location:
 spacious room, pool, sauna, cleaning. Quality staff, especially Mr. George from the reception, who knows how to behave with guests. I recommend walking to Comanca Monastery(only if the weather is beautiful).

Beautiful!!!

We were there 2 times: Christmas and Easter period. The rooms are modern, clean. A quiet area. The restaurant is big - 160 person during the parties :D, the food is good. The bar is Non-Stop open. There is also a relax area in the hotel with pool & sauna. It's an excellent report price - quality.  There is only the parking problem, but we hope to be solved somehow in the future :)

A pleasant holiday. The price-quality ratio is OK. The room was clean. Good food.
Very well located. Quiet area. Only a few parking spaces. The medical treatment was made by professional personnel. I will come back.

A good apartment...normal food...not so bad..depending by guests...
Some problems with parking..but at the end found one good place...good swming pool and sauna....
Little bit difficult to transfer from one building to another building with lugage..but in general good hotel..

My husband and I stayed there 3 nights only but it was enough for us to not go there in the future. It was too expensive for what we found there . It was an awful smell that was cutting our appetite in restaurant and hotel. The food was horrible and they didn’t have everything available from that menu. We was eating all the time at Pensiunea Europa , there the food was very good . The water in the pool was too cold and not every day was the sauna open . The Spa resorts was horrible. The water too cold and nothing to do there . I do not recommend at all that spa and hotel .

The hotel has almost no parking place.
I had to park the car 100 m away from the hotel and in order to reach the family room we had to travel 5 mins in the hotel...
The lady from the reception is unable to do anything. The waiters are not willing to answer all questions... some are fine...
The toilet in the room is 2 square meters... the door to the balcony was broken.
Children had to sleep on an extensive sofa, which was stained with human semen/blood... 
The spa is fine, but too small in comparison with the number of people here.
The food is OK.

No way...

I've been to Olanesti with my family , and stay to Tisa  . Dirty bads , dirty bathroom .. The food was bad too .I at the spa Tisa the water was cold , but it was displayd at 30 degrees . The acces in the second area with apartmens is dificult .
