We had a great stay here, very friendly and helpful staff, large and clean room, tasty breakfast and it is a very quiet area and very close to main touristic points! There is a mini fridge in the room as well as a tv, wifi works very well and also there is an italian restaurant at the lobby where you can eat. I recommend this location!

Very good experience

First experience was the boy at the front desk. Really nice guy, helped me with my luggage and all. Room was really clean and tidy with all the necessities. Although you could improve your breakfast menu, the food was really good.

Really cozy place

It was a terrible experience!

the price of 200 RON (about 45€) per night is not justified at all ...

parking is not, it is vista of the University of the Arts, and you need to find a parking place there.

We arrived in the evening, quite late and tired of accommodation, and we only wanted to put ourselves in a bed and rest, and my mistake was that I paid in full before the accommodation.

They have very old furniture that smells bad. I opened the door of a cabinet and had "pillowed" pillows and a pilot, they were actually thrown over each other ... we said, ok, we did not stand instead of those, we did not need it.

On the ground is a kind of tile stone, covered with a large carpet, which in turn carpet hiding a lot of dampness and misery, and from there the ugly smell of the room.

The dust was like being at home on the furniture.

The pillow was all cocooning.

But ... the biggest problem was in the bathroom. Grassing between sandstone joints, an incredibly dirty plastic carpet in the shower, a wc horror brush (see the pictures better), and whenever I drag the water to the toilet, it made a noise just like a bumper because of a broken tap.

Horrible

We stayed here for five nights and for four of them I would have given 4 stars. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location for visiting Iasi. Our room at the top was up 59 stairs but worth it for the view. Had everything we needed. Breakfast nice (would have liked toast!). After a trip to the mountains we returned for a final night to the same room and unfortunately woke in the early hours for an early flight to find cockroaches on the floor. Such a shame after a good stay. Made the night porter aware and hopefully problem will be solved. Our friends in a lower room had no problem.

A difficult one to review

A quite stunning looking building with excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms. Staff are cheerful and very helpful. Would highly recommend this superbly located hotel. 5 stars for a 3 star hotel

Excellent all round

Nice decoration, nice reception, Italian bar and restaurant (well listed, but not tested apart from cocktail and dessert). In addition, super well placed 200m from the hyper centre.

Best accommodation found in Romania after 2 weeks

The location of the hotel is very favourable, being close to the centre but located in a quiet area. The room is spacious, the bathroom is well equipped, the temperature of the room is pleasant. Good Wi-Fi signal in the rooms. Tasteful breakfast and personal really very kind

A special place, delicious and romantic. impeccable services.We were enchanted.Because this year the rooms were booked before we realized.:D A place that offers privacy to couples and the opportunity to spend some nice days, whether for those who like to visit museums, old churches full of history, or shopping, or for those who love nightlife because the boarding house is located in the center of the city.

An oasis in the center of town

A magnificent and unusual hotel-restaurant-bar in the very center of Yass, a 5-minute walk from the Uniry Square and all the attractions, as well as the stations.

Great location right in the center of Yass.

In the city for a conference at the University, we chose this small hotel because in the center (given the name, and it's true) and because we don't like the big, anonymous hotels, Horta's design seduced us. It wasn't a bad experience at all, it was clean, the huge rooms, really central, but the disorganization of the young people who run it would be reduced... They are very kind and willing to meet requests, but we often forget about it, like breakfast, which we could do with an extra payment that we would have been very happy to be able to pay... if in the morning someone had welcomed us into the dining room, even though we had booked the night ahead!
