Very nice hotel. I thought it was a bit expensive when I booked, but it was worth it. Very nice spacious  and airy room, very pleasant staff and decent breakfast included. Close to city centre as well! 

Nice hotel 

On booking this hotel we were told that there would be no breakfast during our three day stay for New Year. On arrival it turned out that there were no staff at all apart from the receptionist, and there would be no room cleaning, the restaurant was closed, and that if we need anything to ask reception. 
The room was cold, and had a strange smell. After contemplating over dinner we decided not to stay, and found an alternative. 
But despite their failing to tell us in advance about the limited service, they refused to give us a full refund and charged us for one night. 
Do yourself a favour and avoid this awful place at all costs! 

Terrible!

Because: the location is very good on the edge of the center. You can get to all the sights and interesting shops and restaurants well on foot. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Our room was spacious and attractive. The car park is right next to the house (free of charge). There is a rich and good breakfast buffet in a hall-like room. On the ground floor there is a pool (we haven't used a class; it's right). Besides, there are some inconveniences that have wiped out our overall positive overall impression on the edge. So the exterior of the modern, functioning interior is a little antiquated. It's all connected and the accommodation is not very easy to use.

Recommended with little beauty mistakes...

Room was lovely and spacious with a balcony overlooking the town. We walked everywhere from this hotel as was close to centre. We ate there both nights and food and drink was lovely and very reasonably priced. Pool was great!

Clean large rooms and great service

So where do I start. The hotel is actually old and it should be renovated again. But our bathroom was nice. It was clean. Everything else was dirty. In the closet we found a crooked pillow and unwashed. Lamps and dust everywhere. The pool was okay. The sauna doesn't work. Breakfast was the same every day. We didn't taste it. The location from the hotel is great.

Improvements are needed

One of the first things that is unpleasant is the pre-approval payment. Pretty clean, the hotel staff is ice cream. The restaurant eats well but the prices are competitive with the big European cities. I don't understand why the cu taitei soup has ground pollo meat. Can it be leftover pieces of meat from another dish?

There's a lot to improve

Not far from the center- they have 2 kinds of rooms 3 or 4 stars- the breakfast is OK - but there is no rolls! A a very helpful staff- some rooms have a balcony for smokers- there is pool in the basement- plenty of TV channels

Nice Hotel

The hotel is greatly overestimate.
I spent a night on October 17 in a room where the furniture was scarred and discolored, with traces of fat and dirt, the carpet was very dirty, the bathroom had many problems. The whole hotel is locked in time, before 1990 and I have not seen anything new, modern or refurbished.
Breakfast is awful and very poor.

Horror hotel in center of Iasi

This was my second visit to Iasi , but my first stay at the Majestic Hotel . I enjoyed my stay so much that I have used the Majestic as my base on subsequent visits to Iasi , to see friends . It is situated a short walk to the train and bus stations ( maximum 9 minutes depending how fast you can walk :))) ) and close to the nightlife , if that's what you like . The hotel itself is comfortable and clean . The staff that I encountered were friendly and helpful , and most spoke good English . The restaurant and bar , situated downstairs , just below street level has a good menu and service was prompt and polite .... and the food was cooked to perfection . Highly recommended .

Regal Majestic

The hotel is located near the central boulevard of Stefan Chel Mare, where there are cafes, bars, shops. You can walk around, all on foot. We took a large luxury room for the night, the price was very attractive, including breakfast. To the article about breakfast: if you are not capricious, then you can choose. In the range of cereal, cheese, sausages, several types of cooked eggs, fruits, vegetables well and tea, coffee, water. We never got into the pool, so there is nothing. The room is cozy, large, generally clean. The hydromassage bath was not very clean, I didn't want to lie down. But this is my subjective opinion;)
