We enjoyed the room and the entity place. It is beautiful clean and it has the local specific look. The area is quiet and relaxing. The host was very kind and so it was the personal. We will come back here and recommend it to our friends.

Beautiful and relaxing place

Amazing extended weekend in Sharaiman Pension, after we booked a month ahead. As first experience, it was surprising because I came with preconceptions...mosquitoes especially. 

I arrived at the location through GPS, extremely easy and I find a place with a good karma, with many flowers and comfort areas arranged with a lot of attention: a clean water pool, lawn with stone tiles (Japanese steps) and two dining areas (one enclosed, one outdoor terrace). Every spot has a story around.
The room I've stayed was very cozy, I have slept very deeply.

The menu is specific to the Danube Delta: the fried fish and the storceag fish soup are exceptional!!! All fishes are sensational grilled!!! 

The hosts, Alina and Grig, are extremely kind and open minded.
Extend my compliments to Adriana who is a competent manager, very passionate about her work.

A comfortable place with very welcoming hosts

The pension is new and clean and the food was delicious. I was there in summer with my husband and my 2 years old boy. Their  food was fresh and good, and the staff very kind and welcoming. i felt like home there. They have also parking.

You must stay there


We spent three days here and the rooms were very spacious, clean and nicely decorated with many traditional elements. The restaurant however needs improvement: very high prices, few dishes in the menu, poor breakfast. The staff was very friendly, but the expensive food made us eat somwhere else.

Great accomodation but poor restaurant

I loved the room and restaurant’s design, staff was helpful and me and my friends enjoyed our time there. I consider that for the accommodation the paid price was fair.

However, the food menu may be improved and varied, there were too few options for both breakfast and lunch/dinner.

Also, i have noticed that in our 2 nights stay, there was no cleaning in the room after we have checked in.

Cosy accomodation

Dupa ce anul trecut am fost la Sharaiman si ne.a placut foarte mult, anul acesta am revenit impreuna cu 6 prieteni.
Am fost foarte dezamagiti de restaurant, in primul rand, pt ca nu erau decat foarte putine feluri de mancare. Preturile mari, specifice zonei Deltei, dar mancarea nu foarte buna. La micul dejun nu am avut decat o varianta ce consta dintr.un platou rece + ochiuri, dar toate fara gust. Cand ne.an plans de asta, am fost invitati sa mancam in alta parte.
Piscina cam murdara, cu multe insecte in ea si varietatea de sucuri/bauturi limitata.
Nici gazdele nu au mai fost ca anul trecut, patronii fiind plecati in vacanta...
Concluzia este ca nu ne vom mai intoarce acolo pt ca anul acesta lucrurile s.au inrautatit foarte mult. 

If you.re planning a trip to Danube Delta, search for another place to say, as here you.ll be dissapointed in a way that.s not specific to that amazing area.
Restaurant it.s not ok, food it.s expensive and not so tasty.
Pension Sharaiman looks good in pictures, but it.s actually not a very nice place to stay, overall.
The room’s price doesn.t reflect the reality you.ll find there.
