First I would like to mention that the map location pointed here on TripAdvisor is incorrect. Verona Villas Complex is located up in Mamaia Nord, on the side with Siutghol Lake (actually you get a nice view over it from the complex), not in Constanta city. So don’t get confused by this error. 
The room is boutique style (at least ours, I do not know if this is the style adopted for all the rooms of the complex), cozy, clean and spacious.
Also we had an amazing view over the lake from our balcony.
Safe and secured parking lot, very nice breakfast, a perfect place for an escape by the sea.
As it is located on the side with the lake, you will have to walk about 5 minutes to get to the beach.

i will be very briefly: 
- good, healthy and fresh breakfast. You can take it or drink you coffee in the morning in a breezy summer atmosphere
- clean and quiet rooms with quality amenities. New furniture and comfortable mattress. 
- friendly and smiling stuff and free internet and free secured parking place
- nice view over the lake. 
i hope you will find this at least accommodation place as nice and comfortable as we did.

Great accommodation close to Mamaia North

The property is clean and cosy. Half of their rooms have a great lake view. The rooms are very clean and most of the furnishings are new. Breakfast is served in every one of the villas. It is pretty far away from the center of Mamaia but very close to all of the fancy clubs in Mamaia Nord, a short walk/drive away.

Nice place to stay in Mamaia

I was impressed by this property when I found it online. We made the reservations and wondered if the reality would fit the descriptions.
And it did!

Surroundings: 
The eight villas are located on the lake shore, two minutes by car north of Mamaia. They have surveillance for the parking lot, as well as security at all times. The landscaping is pretty and well-maintained. The little beach facing the lake was a nice touch - too bad the lake was so polluted - but anyway, the sea is just 5 minutes away on foot! We found the perfect beach nearby [OHA beach], where music was good and wasn't too loud, where shades and chairs weren't so close that you could hear the other people breathe [like they are on most beaches here]. The beach shower and bathrooms were clean [on most beaches they don't even exist!], no algae on the shore, clean water, clean sand. The prices at the beach bar were low for the area and the drinks and coffee were very good quality.

Accommodation: 
Luxury throughout. Granite stairs, cast iron details on the balconies. The furniture is best quality, solid wood, painted ivory and has a great design. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The mini-fridge in the room was very efficient and wasn't very noisy.
With five lamps in the room, one is able to achieve the lighting level they wish and create a mood. There is a make-up table with a chair and a spacious drawer in every room - it is always good not to have to go back and forth between the mirror and the make-up bag.
The bathroom was very clean, a large area by the sink to place all your paraphernalia. The showerhead looked small but it was actually good quality. By the shower there were two areas where one could store their shampoos and soaps. The bathroom had a bathtub, but we never used it so I can't say if it was comfortable.
Towels were changed every day and the sheets every couple of days. The hairdryer was powerful [I have encountered situations where it would take me half an hour to dry my hair! I had my own hairdryer with me, but never had to use it.]. 
The A/C was also of great quality - a single system for every villa and not the tiny machines in every room that give you instant headaches. It also had an environment-friendly catch: it wouldn't work with the balcony door open. That was very thoughtful of them.
The breakfast area was very nice, on a terrace facing the lake, with the option of eating inside, if you preferred.

Breakfast:
First I have to mention that the breakfast was provided by a catering company. They would come in every morning and prep and serve the food. The assortment was not very creative [they had tomatoes and cucumber for vegetables, no fruit whatsoever and no lemon for the tea!]. Every morning there was a hot dish [or two]: boiled eggs and hot dogs | omelette | boiled eggs and deep-fried cheese | chicken strips. There was good-quality fresh cheese every morning, the coffee was good. Also, they offered cold cuts and processed cheeses. You could have fruit yogurt, fruit juice, water, tea, milk. The buns were a very white bread with crunchy crust which I enjoyed. 
All in all, the food was good but we felt like there needed to be more fruits and veggies [we are not the "cold cuts" breakfast kind of people]. I don't judge accommodations based on their breakfast except when it is extremely bad and I have to go out on an empty stomach.

Staff:
All the staff was extremely nice and helpful, always smiling and giving us good advice [including where NOT to go for lunch or dinner]. They allowed us to try another room for one night and encouraged us to return to the first one if we preferred that one, with no comment as far as having to do extra work. We managed to misplace the access card several times and every time someone from the staff would rush to our rescue, with a smile on their face.
The only "staff" that weren't smiling or greeting the guests were the breakfast staff, which were the employees of the catering company. They weren't rude or anything, provided you with what you asked for. But they just lacked that friendly behavior that is essential in tourism.

Rates:
The prices are average high if you look at nightly rates. But they had special offers for 5 or 7 nights that were just unbelievably low! For that price range you would end up in a run-down hotel elsewhere in Mamaia.
Prices for the minibar and in the reception were acceptable, comparable to some of the stores nearby.

It was an experience worth coming back for.

And from what the reception staff told us, they plan on further developing the property, adding a swimming pool and fitness facilities.
