Spent Christmas 2023 and the end of a here with my wife and a few family friends. Twelve days in total.

I was very pleasantly surprised from the moment I entered by the multitude of permanent and seasonal decorations chosen with great care and arranged in a way that couldn't be more appropriate.
From arrival to departure we were treated very warmly by all the staff. Even if some are quite young. They responded very promptly to all requests. Well, even more, they anticipated our needs many times.
The room I stayed in was a large one facing the back of the villa with a beautiful view of the hillside full of pastures and stables. Very clean. Like the whole building.
A special mention must go to the food which was exceptional; very tasty, beautifully presented, almost everything prepared "in house". Festive meals, Christmas and New Year's, were Gourmet menu.

Toilet bowls mounted a bit high for my height. But that means nothing compared to the other aspects.

If I can help you with anything, I have already booked 6 rooms for the Easter holiday.

Incredible stay

It is a place magic, big and nice furnished rooms, all decorated GOLDEN AGE, an elegant restaurant and a sweet bar. We had all evenings  very good quality life music. The food in excelent, we can say gourmet!!

Do not miss it!!!

What a charming, comfortable place!  Impeccable service from friendly staff, outstanding restaurant, comfortable room and bed, and gorgeous area. 10 stars!  There was also entertainment when we were there- an excellent singer.  Couldn’t have been any more pleased. I highly recommend this Inn

Fabulous inn in a beautiful setting!  Fantastic restaurant!

We just passed by to eat... not a nice experience! The girl that received us was a bit offended when asked if any table is free!The food was good until we found a plastic in our plate! We informed the staff and they did not even excuse for this! I won't recommend and never come back!

Nice location surrounded by the mountains. Nice ambient, nice music and nice interior design. The service was not very good, even if  there were just a few table occupied, we waited quite a lot to give our order and also to receive it. The food was g oodexcept for papanasi, which were not well cooked. We let the waitress know about that and she acknowledge what we claimed and brought us another dessert instead, we did not order it, so we believed was from the house. The supplied dessert was awful, neither my wife or I could not eat it. In the end we saw that the papanasi was on our bill, not a very pleasant thing from the management/owner. This is not the path to take if you want to keep your customers. The place have everything to be a super nice place to eat in Moieciu de Sus, but management/owners have to know how to manage the waiters, the cook and the bill.
I think I meat the owner and he was quite arrogant and not very responsive. He was the type of person that do not considers at all that customer satisfaction it is not his main priority. He considers that there will be always suckers to use his place. Shame!

With potential, but bad management.

this hotel and restaurant is by far one of the nicest place to stay in a vacation in the mountains. the restaurant offers a large variety of dishes which are served in a very beautiful ambiance vintage decorated. very impressed!

We have visited this location years ago.  
We were pleasantly surprised to see that they implemented very strict safety and cleaning measures.  
Otherwise, I found the same kind people and reasonable prices.  I paid about 47 euros for a double room.  We will definitely be back.

we returned, again

The rooms are lovely, clean and very well kept, also the view is beautiful, we loved waking up and seeing the scenery. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful, they helped us with every little problem we had, even suggested some good hiking trips. The restaurant is also a good place to eat and enjoy traditional romanian food. I would recommend this Inn to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in this area.

Excellente cuisine, accueil et service ! Son Restaurant qui présente la cuisine de la Transylvanie, merite a lui seul, le détour!  For sure, the  hotel and its restaurant,  without hesitation, are the place TO BE and ENJOY Congratulation to all its team

No words can describe Vlahia inn!The staff is very polite and they are very attentive.They use local and fresh ingredients when preparing the meals as well as the breakfast which is included in a night' s fee. just stay one night, i dare you!
