Really Bad! As we are currently in 2018, I find the quality of the services distrurbing. As the prices are not low, bearing in mind that this is not the best location, I wouldn’t expect to feel like I’m in the 80’s. 
The breakfast is indeed included. The food looks terrible, we were a group of 5 people, we went for breakfast around 8:30, they open at 8. There was literally no food left. How was this included? The plates were empty, however, there were few slices of salami that looked like it was sitting there for at least 2 days.
In conclusion, never to return.

Time traveling to 1980.

There are quite a lot to like: - very nice location, right in the centre of Neptun; - room was clean and the furniture was okay as well, nothing too fancy but it was decent enough; - quite a big parking area; - the AC worked perfectly;

But it is kind of a budget choice so there are some drawbacks, but nothing too drastic: - the noise insulation is not the best but it's not terrible either; - I haven't used the WiFi but I noticed the signal is quite low; didn't affect me in any way though; - the fridge was a bit too noisy to sleep next too and it started working quite often.

Nice budget hotel in the heart of Neptun

The room has avreage, the window frame is very old. The TV is not working good some programs you can not see because  do not have a signal. The air conditioning is ok. The breakfast is very bad. The products are of low quality and the coffe extremly bad. 

Bad food 

The rooms look great, the furniture is modern and functional, the hotel is located near the center of the resort with easy access to the beach. There is no parking space with enough space. Because we traveled at the beginning of the season, there were very few tourists in the hotel. That's why we had problems with hot water, which was only started at our insistence. Breakfast included does not offer quality products and coffee is terrible.
