Good basic and clean accommodation.
Good WiFi.
Only a short walk from the railway station, long distance bus stops and the tram.
Staff only too pleased to help.
Adequate breakfast with option for a packed breakfast if you leave early, like I did.

I spent one night in this hotel in September 2013 with my wife and our 9 yrs old son, being in transit to Hungaria. We chose it because its price, maybe the lowest in Oradea. Do not be fooled by the four stars rating on booking.com. Actually, it is a 2 stars decent hotel and the cheap accommodation fees reflect it, so do not expect lavish conditions.
The hotel is located not far from railway station, on the way to the border. Access to Oradea downtown takes about 10 minutes by taxi. 
Free private parking is available in front of the hotel.
The triple room we had was clean, though small. The third bed (actually an extensible armchair) was not so comfortable.
The receptionist we met at our arrival was friendly, he gave us good advises for a good restaurant and called us a taxi.
The breakfast (included) is frugal, but good enough not to start your further journey with an empty belly. The owners themselves were on duty in the morning and they were very thoughtful.
As weak points: we had a room on the front side and night traffic on the boulevard deterred us to keep the window during the night. 
The bathroom has a large and low window, for privacy reasons you can open it only after you use the bathroom.
As a conclusion, I recommend it for budget travellers. If you want more comfort, choose another hotel but be ready to pay almost the double.
