Yes, read the title well !! I will detail here all our experience from this property.
We arrived on Friday night at 11 pm (I left Cluj after work), at the 2 * Nuta Chalet next door, the manelel was ringing, and I didn't really know where the reception was and how we had to enter. We find a phone number and call him, a gentleman appears (I later found out he is the owner) irritated by the fact that I woke him up at that hour. The first thing he said was give me the money now. We were tired from the road, we didn't know where we were staying, we didn't know where we put the money, and we said we would pay at the end. The manele sound at the Nuta 2 * cottage rang for a few more hours (and in fact none of the owners went to tell them to turn off the music). You don't find that anywhere in any resort you go abroad. After 10 pm, it should be quiet. I go to the mountains to relax, NOT to listen to the music of others, I don't talk about manele anymore, because we get into culture stuff and skip now.

In the following days, we went to the slopes in Sureanu, the road from the pension to the slope is similar to the road up to the pension. When we returned from the slopes, we went to the room and we wanted to go to sleep, after a full day of ski. But what to see, the owners with children and grandchildren are on the ground floor, and it's like a living room. A noise coming from below, the children screaming, the owner laughs / screams, we could not fall asleep in silence on any day after skiing.

The "restaurant" is actually a cellar. Of course, vegetarians / vegans have no chance here, because there is nothing on the menu about it. In the morning there were some sausages that didn't look good (luckily we brought cereal from home ...). And in the evening you could choose between trout / chicken breast / or pork dishes.

On the last day, the women in the kitchen left, and the owner's son Florin remained and another more massive guy (who was the owner's brother). So after the women left (by the way, the lady in the kitchen who served until then, she was really nice), the owner's brother has NOTHING to do with the waiter or the waiter. Furthermore.

And in the evening for dinner I chose trout with polenta and cheese. The next morning, 4 people in the group of 6 had major digestive problems, one of which was a pregnant woman. I go to the kitchen table scared, and ask them for toast and tea. At which the attitude (of the owner's brother) was totally disrespectful, saying: "Haha you drank too much brandy, not even wanting to hear more details." You didn't even ask us how you could be helpful, you weren't even prepared for such cases, you didn't even have medicine there. In the end, their attitude was extremely low, I only get angry when I think about it ...

If you have read so far, and you are still a man who appreciates nature and peace, please AVOID this property !!! You better pay double per night at Colt de Rai Pension, or at Poarta Raiului Pension, but surely that difference will reflect an approach to normalcy.

Nuta property, you will NEVER see us again, because the owners or the people who actually manage it reflect inculturation, manele, and empathy have ZERO !!!!!! For us this accommodation was a nightmare.

FOOD POISONING 4 people of 6 friends group

A very nice and coasy place that offers a top price / quality ratio. It features a nice restaurant that has some local cuisine.
It has 2 buildings, one is rated with 2 stars and the other one is a 3 star location.
Highly recommend.
