The location is very nice, with a beautiful view of the lake. We had a triple room, on the floor where the common kitchen was located, from where we had a (partial) view of the lake. The room is large enough, with a double bed and a single bed. We had everything we needed in the bathroom and in the room, including slippers (rubber, not the disposable ones).
The kitchen is very large, equipped with everything you need (fridge, electric induction cooker, dishwasher, toaster, microwave oven, crockery, cutlery, cups, glasses, etc.). There is a very nice view of the lake very from the kitchen window.
One floor above is the pension's terrace, where you can sit for a coffee and admire the view, which is gorgeous.
The only inconvenience would be the low water pressure (I understood that it's a problem in the area, not only here), which is why I give 9.5 out of 10 as a general score for the guesthouse.

great spot

My wife and I traveled from Cluj to Colibita along with two other friends. We called to ask for an available room. Mr. Encian was very respectful and booked us an apartament. The room was clean, heathing was good, the kitchen had all you need and sheets were great. We found Remi and played all night. It was a lovely experience. 

Lovely place

My husband and I spent 2 nights at Pensiunea Encian at the beginign of August. 
The apartments have a great location, very close to the lake and a lovely view! Also they are fully equipped with a kitchen and 2 bathrooms each. 
We had a lovely time and the staff was very kind.
We recommend these apartments for couples, groups of friends and families with children.
