So dirty... the manager was soooo rude. We wanted to ride 4 hydrobikes, they had only a few very smelly, super dirty swim life west... when we wanted to speek with the manager, she was so f*cking rude, she didn't even wanted to talk with us ...  I do not recommend it ever

So so sooo dirty

Exaggerated prices, mediocre conditions, falling toilet lid, cracked walls, room without glass, only the balcony door that has a safety net with 2 holes as your finger, a cheap wrinkled curtain that you have to pull carefully like a screw from gallery was coming off, the shower full of limestone, if you want to wash your head you have to have your towel because theirs are only for hands, too small to be able to wipe your head, especially if you are a woman, the bed base fell with the husband (70 kg) on ​​the second night, could also be heard from the neighboring rooms, including the neighbors' electric toothbrush, mediocre breakfast, for 2 pers, even if you come with the child, one of the family members does not receive, exaggerated restaurant prices (polenta with cheese and sour cream 38 lei, I took from a nearby restaurant for 10 lei), plus the food was very bad (the child vomited everything he ate there on the first day), dirty and cold pool water, water recirculation started occasionally .There is no tax receipt issued either at the restaurant or for accommodation state to offer us for accommodation, but for advance they still did not give us, reason for which we will make a complaint. It offers boat cruises at the price of 60 lei / adult and 30 lei / child, when everywhere in the area the price is of 30 lei / adult and free for children. The 4 stars they have acquired are a bad joke.

Don't go there

I booked two nights to the upper villa, but I was lucky to find the room, somebody was unable to come 
the property was fully booked, both villas
it's true, the prices followed the demand/offer ratio, and as result the property is not a cheap one, actually is expensive enough
the property offer accommodation, restaurant, resort facilities, pools, etc; all of those means luxury, besides the outstanding view over Danube
the room was small, without fridge - this is definitely not acceptable for a four star facility
after all, it was a nice experience, i would go there again

iWas there, good choice in the best location

We stopped there to the restaurant to have some fish soup and we ended up with indigestion, unable to do anything the next day other than visiting the bathroom. Never going there ever again. The prices are also very high, and unjustified for the quality of food/drinks.

Don't go for the fish soup

I have booked two superior double rooms. Got both just above the restaurant (nice view but a lot of noise and music from between 7:30am - 10pm) where people eating felt like they were in our balconies. However, this wasn't the biggest problem. The bed toppers were both stained with blood (extremely gross) and my sheets had a lot of wholes, although I've been told they are all new. Plus other marks too, such as pen and who knows what else. The bathroom smell was pretty bad, a super small shower cabin (had to stay outside the cabin in order to be able to wash my hair) and the clogged drain made the shower fill with water quite quickly, then having to stop the water for a couple of minutes, if not there's a risk of overflowing the whole bathroom. The majority of staff members were pretty young and they were blamed for everything. I believe training them is more important and not using them for all the jobs - restaurant, cleaning and even working outside to build an extension of the building. They only changed the towels, bot cleaning the rest of the room at all during our 4 night there. Also, no smile/thank you/you're welcome when being in the restaurant, where prices were exorbitant for the food offered by the way. The pool was full of flies (it's supposed to be a heated pool) and a frog was swimming there one day, plus the water went from teal to green so quickly. We haven't even bothered to ask anything as the predominant answers were "that's how we do it". They proudly promote all over the place their 4 stars place, but only had 3 choices of breakfast and apart from the nice view over the Danube, a surprising awful customer service. I bet most of their customers won't come back there, we know we won't and I feel so sorry I wasted so much money trying to offer my parents a nice holiday, when I've read so many bad reviews but thought it won't happen to us too...too bad!

Nice view, extremely poor customer service.

We wanted to make a reservation, on website was a price but at the telephone it was different, with 20€ higher/night. A boat trip was 30 lei/ person, but when we wanted to pay at the reception it doubled. You don't have a fridge or a minibar in your room, what is quite stupid in a 4 stars hotel. On the menu you'll find prices for a 5 star hotel, but the food is deffinetly for 2 stars. In the room was quite hard to breath because it was so warm and the air conditionair wasn't working all the time. We'll never go back.

Horrible days

The worst restaurant that we have EVER eaten. We had the bad inspiration to eat lunch here. The service was slow and bad and the prices huge giving the fact that the food was tasteless and cold. For example a tripe soup was 28 ron. (?!) Avoid this place. For us was one of the worst experience!

The worst restaurant

I’ve only been there to eat. We waited 15 mins for the menus, then 15 mins to get our order taken, then 20 mins to receive our drinks. The coffee was cold. Food came after 1 hour and 15 mins from the moment our order was taken.

We asked for a glass for the water we ordered, never received one. The waiter was moving in slow motion, and was forgetting alot of stuff. It took him almost 1 minute to place 3 forks and knives on the table. He was completely lost.

When the food came, it was already cold. The steak stayed on the plate for at least 30 minutes before we received it. Besides that, it was overpriced.

We asked for the receipt and waited another 15 minutes for it, and we received it only because we had to remind the waiter again that we were waiting for the receipt so we can leave.

So in total we had to spend more than 2 hours and 30 mins to order and eat here. That changed our whole plan for that day.

Very bad restaurant.

We went to the restaurant to eat in the afternoon. We waited for 2 hours to get the food. The waiter was not capable to remember what we ordered and the bill was complete wrong. We received in the food some kind of bug! When we asked for a a refund the lady said :"it flew from outside into your dish. I can not control the nature"!!!
DO NOT GO TO DECEBAL! Avoid it!
Worst culinary experience I ever had 

Horrible experience 

We, a family of 4, stayed in a suite on the highest level. The view from there was just stunning, especially throuh the glas walls looking over the Danube. Rooms are beutiful, bathroom ok. The restaurant is good, even though pricey. Swimming pool has good size, nicely arranged around it. All in all we had a fabulous weekend there.
