Front desk staff very friendly and helpful,lobby warm,quiet ....room normal size(2 beds), bathroom with all you need,balkony with great view on the mountains.
Breakfast very good(lots of sortiments of food!), the restaurant  still decorated for the Christmas/New year,with a huge fireplace,waiters very stilish. Only regret, no snow outside!!
Definitely, we will come back...

Such a relaxing experience

The location is good with a nice view of the valley and mountains from the terrace.  The room was  basic, missing tables and socket by the bed. However the sleeping comfort of the bed was very good. The bathroom tiny, also from the bathroom you can hear the sewage running down.
Bored, inattentive and unfriendly restaurant staff. The breakfast served from 7:30 but still they opened late. The reakfast room busy, the hot and cold selection sufficient. I would prefer better selection of bread or rolls and sweet pastry. The ones on offer very low quality
Nice gym, sauna does not work well (max temperature 60C) but it directly adjoin the gym without any covering to divide both facilities. Supposed to be open from 8:00, at 9:30 still close.


Not 4 star hotel

The room is great. All rooms have a terrace and the view is spectacular.
There is a large restaurant that also have a great terrace.
The staff is professional and discrete.
We're already on our third visit here and will come back in the future.

Very nice hotel in Predeal

The lobby and dining area are renovated and look good
Plenty of parking space available
Room was well heated, running water was hot, bed was average and room was overall clean. Noise cancellation was not that good. Balcony could be a bit bigger.
The hallways could use more renovation as does the elevator since they look straight out of the 70's communist era. 
The reception staff could use more politeness.
BF was varied enough but the juice and coffee were absolutely horrible.

Very clean.  With great service.
Excellent food in the Rozmarin restaurant. 
The restaurant in picturesque with log fire..
There is live music on Wednesday evenings.
Short distance to Braşov and walking distance to the mountains.

Great hotel near Braşov

The hotel looks nice and luxury, but its best age has gone; you can find minor defects in rooms. Food is good, but sometimes not perfect - once we got hard meat and once green bananas.
Also noise from other rooms and coridors is very annoying.

I recommend this hotel!
Positive:
- the position,
- the panorama-view,
- cleanliness, 
- Pretty spacious room,
- extremely comfortable and large bed,
- generous breakfast (Swedish buffet), very good coffee, ambient and panorama of the restaurant.
Negative:
- dispenser from defective shower gel,
- shiny shower cabin, 
In conclusion, I warmly recommend this hotel, which takes its history further!

Un hotel de prestigiu

We stayed with a small Jeep tour group for one night only, so our major focus was to get a good night sleep and a good breakfast before we leave.

Our room on the 2nd floor was nice, facing the mountains, which were impressive.

There is no aircndition in the room (we did not need one though), bathroom was not well maintained (falling shower head), very low water pressure, no toiletries (liqid soap container attached to the wall).

Using the elevator is not recommended (it works as it pleases).

Breakfast was OK, but no selection of breads for some reason.

All in all - a place to spend a good night sleep. Not more, not less.

Nice but not much more to say....

Good services, but once you leave the reception it doesn't show it's 4 stars anymore. Rooms are very old, but quite clean. Elevator is better to avoid.
Breakfast is not spectacular and if you came late you might not have from what to chose.

This is a great place to stop for a meal! The service is impeccable, it has excellent views of the mountain and the terrace is spacious. It is never crowded, which is perfevt if you are in a hurry. The food was amazing and the waiters let us know in advance which meals took longer to prepare.
