This hotel is situated just after the border Petea in Romania. It has A very good location because when we left Romania we had a loong long day visiting the country and we did not wanted to get intoo border control late at night. 
The restaurant at this hotel is not good but not bad either. Just choose something easy  and fast and you can sleep happy.
My worst decision was to take desert....pancakes with cheese. I got what I asked but it was so dry....they found the driest non sweet cheese and stuffed in a greasy pancake. From what I knew...it was suppose to have a creamy feeling....not a dry lump.
The room....had a balcony....the key was weird at the door....worked only the card key:....but we had attached also a small normal key....but the door had no key hole (was taken out and covered with something that looked like napkin). The bed was not finished...were missing some covers. In rest it was clean.
Good that they take credit card because when you want to leave Romania ....you might not have local money in your pockets. 
Probably we return just to sleep there....after the covers were completed..:.the sleep was good enough and in the morning we were close to exiting :)

Good location and Thats it

The Hotel room was ok , the view of the sunset was breath taking. They forgot to put pillow covers and 1 beer from the minibar was open and left there to trick the eye. But the reception girl was great! She came right away, she changed everything with a very polite smile. 
We went to have dinner....the restaurant of the hotel was in total dark....finally someone open some lights and sit us at a table. When we wanted to order the waiter specify that they have only a few things. We were ok with it....but after 30 min another couple came and they got some food that was on the list of "we do not have this today". Little sad servis.
We will return to this hotel if we are in the area .... But just to sleep in it if the same reception girl is there :).
Good people can make a bad place to look decent enough.

Great room to sleep in - bad restaurant

The hotel is situated 0,5 km from the border. We arrived at 12 o'clock at this hotel.  The restaurant was receptive and served us.  At the reception they said the room also has a balcony.  I got into the room.From light was only one bulb. In the room it was dirty as if for a month no one cleaned.  The refrigerator does not work.  Towels were not in the room.  I was looking for them.  Of hygiene products there were 2 envelopes with shower gel.  I mention that we were a family with two children.  I attach pictures to convince you.  The hotel does not deserve 3 stars.  Only the corridor and the reception have 3 stars.

We stayed in the room 208 and 209: avoid those. One does not have AC. In the other the Air Conditioner does not work. For those who have cars with AC, it may be a problem, as in July and August the temperature may get very high. The alternative for us was to open the window...surprise, barking erratic dogs from across the street business and a lot of noise from trucks parking, and border police which is checking regularly with lights on...the place. I am wondering why?
Windows are non-protected; So our children slept with closed windows, at 32 degree Celsius;  In the morning, surprise....Mosquito bites and itching....tired family.
Mosquitos in both rooms. We expected in our room with the open window, but not in our kids.
We reserved a family suite, and Surprise....
They did not have it, so offered two rooms with higher price and worse conditions.
When asked for manager of Guest Book, the refuse was short.
