Located in center of Satu Mare, the well renoved building has a soft touch of aristocracy. It is more a boutique hotel. The personal is very friendfull and helpfull. It could be not easy to find the entrance (when dark outside) because the firm is visible easier daytime. The rooms are very confortable due to the 4 m height. The apartment has a tube near living, separated from bathroom and opened to the living - this could be very interresting if you have time to enjoy it. It is ensured only breakfast, the restaurant it is not open. The lights inside the rooms could be more efficient and functional (some bulbs were burned, and not very intimated). Thru windows you will have a beautiful image of the central park and cathedrals. I found this place a good choice when travelling in Satu Mare, maybe the best one.

Good efort to preserve the history

Hotel Villa Bodi is located right on the central park & square. 
For a city ( I'm not a city person!!) this charming small "city" has atmosphere with historic interest & a local buzz - without hordes of flag-following tour groups clogging the pathway!! A  pleasing experience.
The small, elegant hotel features classic decor, spacious, well appointed rooms, free car parking & cooked breakfast in the basement.

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night which is in the centre of Satu Mare. The room was quite basic but I guess you get what you pay for, it's not an expensive place. We didn't get breakfast in the hotel so I can't comment on that but there's a church across the road and they start ringing the bells at 6am so unless you can sleep through an earthquake be prepared to be up early.🙂 I'd probably look for somewhere else if back in Satu Mare.

It was ok

We stayed at this hotel for one night at the start of a longer trip through Maramures. The location is in the city center. The twin room was average and a bit noisy from the street. The breakfast could be definetely improved (quite limited choice of food for a 4* hotel). The wifi worked very well.
The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. On the way back, we had few hours to kill before going to the airport, and we could safely store our suitcases at the reception. Overall a good experience for a one-night stay.

Very good location, average hotel, very nice staff

 In July, last year i was hosted at Villa Body. 
Disappointed by accommodation conditions, i left a review on theirs facebook page. Next day i was asked, by the receptionist, why am I discontent? I have described the lack of cleanliness, and the answer was that the manager an the receptionist dont't visit the room, and they don't know their condition.
