Not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this place, the hotel was beautiful and the beds were the most comfortable i’ve ever had in all hotels i’ve been in so far. The rooms we had made you feel like you were in Paris and were extremely clean especially for my extremely picky family. I was impressed and loved everything about it, super modern bathrooms as well. 10/10 wish I could stay here even longer, I would come back just for this hotel. Also the location was perfect, 10 minute walk to centru Sibiu, amazing all times of the day with money exchange and local shawarma fast food right under the hotel!

Best hotel i’ve ever stayed in

Never  ever agin. The young girl black long hair dressing like she go's to club whit half of clothes on I can see her belly button ( not for this job anyway) call her self hause keeper,..she never changed my bead, she never  vacuum, or even asked me if I need anything  .the aer condition dint work,the sink was plugged. The shower was full of hear and the water was coming out cuse no one clean the shower for long time. 
When I told her I can't take a shower she come in my room  and pulled her out from the drain and she said::: That is way the shower not working cuse the hear  and show it to me. I can't believe that. What a hause keeper will do that ???? And in top she was having a attitude telling me she is bye her self and she has 17 rooms to clean and her job is 9 am till 5 pm..That doesn't conser me I'm a guest I pay money so do you job. 
Also the girl from front desk took her site. When I was looking for front desk girl  was no where to be found. 
Both of them was disrespected me yelling, 
Both of them will go in a empty room and stay there and laugh and talk on the phone having good time. 
Is a lot more to say but this hotel is MISERABLE , THE SERVICES IS TERABEAL,AND EVERYONE'S IS ROUDE 
PLEASE DON'T  SPEND YOUR MONEY IN THIS HOTEL.

The most  miserable hotel I ever stayed

Not Ac, very hot. Poor staff. An old style hotel (1990 year) not client oriented . No breakfast. I choose it because was an ultimate solution. Take care before to go to Rin hotel. It’s near the city center but facilities aren’t appropriate for a three star hotel. I rate it between one and two stars.

I didn’t recomand

The main good thing is that is near the centre of Sibiu. The breakfast is poor. The windows are not closing properly and there is noise and wind coming from outside. Bathroom must be remade. Furniture must be restored. During night noises come from fast food placed on the ground.

Hotel must be refurbished

We (7 people) drove 300+km, after prior confirming our reservations via email and phone, to find out they forgot to book us rooms. Very disapointed in their response as they already had everything booked so no efforts were made to help us out. It turned out that we found better reservation at 200m up hill. (as this would have been the second time we booked one night at Rin). I will never go back to Rin and I will pay 50ron more and get better services in the same area.

Should have learned from the first time ...

I had to spend 3 nights at Hotel Rin. I arrived at 3am and had to get the 24hr concierge out of bed to check in.
The room was spacious however the curtains were broken and so thin that even had they worked properly light came flooding in at dawn. 
Breakfast was comically bad. Stale bread and bottled water straight from the tap (literally). 
You could here the neighbours using and flushing the toilet from my room. There were dead bugs in the corners where I'm guessing the hoover didn't reach. 
And, the bedspread was blood stained as was the mattress when my morbid curiosity forced me to look. The bloodstained bedspread had obviously been laundered without removing the stain but then just put back on the bed. Maybe it came from room 302.

There are lots of better hotels in this price range just around the corner, stay there instead.

I was accomodated for one night here. First impression was that of profound waste of money. Rooms are small and old design. Bathroom was like in my grandma s house. View of the room was in interior yard were you can see the neighbours cars. And then in the morning there was the breakfast. Horrible: two types of salamy, one crenwursti, one schnitzel, one cold egg, one piece of sausage, a lot of white bread and 2 small slices of red pepper. Coffe was made by the receptionist. From 6 people which came down to eat none of them touched the food. Sad hotel. I will NEVER go there again. Such a dissapointment.

Horror experience. Do not consider.

We stayed here for 2 nights, there is a parking lot at the back of the hotel but it had very limited spots. The room was very big and comfortable and also the bathroom,  but the shower had no water pressure. Very central location and very satisfying for the price you pay.

Surprisingly good !

There is a little blood on the ceiling from room 302. The toilets smell bad and they dont look hygienic. There is almost dark in the shower. The drain from the shower is not working that good, so it cannot handle all the volum of water, and you’re flooding in the shower.
The hotel has no smaking area. There is no toilet in the receiption area, so you cannot access any toilet if you let your bagage after checkout. The receiptionist does not care about clients. The walls are very thiny on the 3rd floor. 

I don’t recommend it

Old style, bad smell in the rooms coming from the toilet & no toilet for you if you checked out! :)) that was funny! All in all, clearly not the best experience. One of the receptionists totally seemed not to care about the clients.
