The place is very well located and is super clean and tidy, the couple that attends  are very nice and hospitable, at our arrive we get a free drink and a short explanation of the place, we enjoyed our stay there.

Nice place and very nice hosts!!

The residence is run by a super sweet couple who really treat all guests as their own, and go to any and all lengths to ensure that you are well taken care of and at home. The house is kept spotlessly clean and the rooms are bright, airy and spacey, and worthy of a five star hotel. The window opens to a great view of Sighisoara citadel and the hill upon which the town church is located. You get a free drink and a nice Sighisoara fridge magnet upon arrival, which is now on my fridge door at home. Multumesc for giving us such wonderful memories of Sighisoara, we will be back! Much love!

Amazing stay in an amazing town, if I could give more than 5 stars I would

Nice residence in Sighisoara. The hosts are very friendly and acomodating. They even leave us some coffee when we check-in. 5 minutes walking to the old center, very great value for the price. We highly recommend this place for sure.

Excelent place in Sighisoara

I don't think we've ever felt more welcome somewhere than at the Cosbuc Residence. We were greeted outside while parking the car and had a great check-in experience including food, drink and even a couple of little gifts. 

The rooms are fantastic and much better than we expected, I wouldn't even consider staying somewhere else when visiting Sighisoara, I Can't recommend this place enough.

Just Perfect!

PROS: 3min walking distance to the tower and to all important sightseeings. Room was quite big, clean, bed was comfy and we had a private bathroom. The hosts were really nice & helpful and we had one free drink from the house (tuica)
CONS: Early check-in and late check-out is not possible at this location even if they say it's ok!! So, plan accordingly! Also the mosquito net of the "balcony" door does not open due to the balcony's edge and the water in the shower did not go down the drain very smoothly as the drain was probably blocked somewhere.

Great location & nice hosts!

We stayed at Cosbuc Residence for one weekend, on first of December. It is very true that the location is perfect. You can book a room with a view, and you can see the whole Citadel of Sighisoara. I really have to say that it was too hot in our room, we had to close the heat during the night so we could sleep. 
Also a negative thing is that it seem that they have a problem with the maintenance, all the door handle were broken. Even the entrance door form courtyard had a broken handle. In our room you could get stuck in the bathroom because of the handle, I wanted to announce the reception, but when I looked closer I saw that they tried to put glue to make the handle to stay into their place. 
Above everything it was ok.
