Easy to find, with a big free parking, reception h24 and a good restaurant open until 2 o’clock a.m.. Riviera is an interesting solution if you want to visit Sinaia, although it is 2 km far from the centre. The room is small but cosy, the bathroom modern and well equipped and, last but not least, the price is low compared to many other accommodations nearby.


Perfect if you travel by car

We booked this hotel as a stop over on a 5 day trip to Romania in October 2019.
It is very easy to find on the DN1 main road, so makes the perfect place to stay after a long day of flights & driving. Just under 2hrs drive from Bucharest  Airport & a short 10 minute drive to Peles Castle, it made a perfect stop over on our 1st night. 

Staff are very friendly, our room was very clean, & warm, & beds were comfortable.
Being on a main road you can hear some road noise, but this is understandable. 

The restaurant serves amazing food, & in our whole trip I would say we had our best meal here with their menu of traditional Romanian food. 

I can highly recommend this motel as a stop over place, & if I was to visit this area in Romania in the future I would deffenitely stay here again.

Great value motel!

Economic (less than €20 with room bath) is 2 km from the city centre but there are buses, they saved me a lot of money by e-mailing me the cheapest bus line to get here from Bucharest airport.

Very nice and very clean.

We stayed here for 2 nights on out travel around Romania. Good location and easy to find. Large parking. We had a lovely view of the mountains. Nice restaurant, but very slow service. Clean, good WI-FI. Both ladies on reception spoke English. Very happy with our choice.

Beautiful views

We happened to stop in this place on our way to Bran. What a fantastic surprise. Simple, but great service and food. All the authentic dishes elsewhere in the country did not taste the same. From the fried cheese to the beer, terrific. Not to mention the grilled sheep stake. I wish I had more and maybe taken so.e to go. Not an easy dish to find elsewhere and I'll crave it till I go back. A great route and set of small little towns worth stopping to see. The people were nice and gracious. Eternally grateful to Romanians for their hospitality! 

Best food we had in Romania!

It's a great place to stay and eat. It's a nice parking lot. It's a restaurant on the first floor, it's open 24 hours a day. It's very tasty.

A lovely hotel and restaurant.

We stayed here for one night, on our way home from Bulgaria. It was the alternative to the crowded city center.
As we arrived the restaurant was full and nobody at the reception. The receptionist was also helping in the restaurant.
He told us he was very busy, but he has time to show us a room...
The room was small (for two adults and two toddlers) but very clean. The two single beds attached to each other prove to be a pain in the back (literally) during the night. 
An interesting feature was the heater placed in the shower ... interesting solution for space saving.
The dinner was good and at an average price. The view from the restaurant (and from the rooms) at the mountains is spectacular.
All-in-all our stay was good.

Great view, for an average hotel

This hotel is located on the N1 route from Bucharest to Brasov. This did make it quite noisy as there was a lot of traffic during the day but at night we didn't head anything.

We stayed here for 1 night and really enjoyed this hotel.

The room included a double bed which wasn't the most comfortable. More like two simple beds with a wooden frame in the middle. The room also had an armoire, a desk, a tv, a balcony and the bathroom. The wifi also worked pretty well.

The bathroom was quite small. The toilet was loud and the water seemed to be dripping a lot. The particularity of the washroom is that there was a heater in the shower (see photos). We found this quite odd but it wasn't electric so didn't pose a threat. 

The reception was quite helpful with suggestions and in answering questions with pretty good English. 

Lots of parking and free!

We also ate at the restaurant the next day at lunch and were quite satisfied with the food. 

It is away from the hustle and bustle and parking nightmare of the downtown area.

Great spot to visit along the route 

1. The food is good. They don’t serve food in the rooms.  
2. Room charge during our stay was Medium – I find it a bit costly with such type of room and bed set-up; we booked a double bed, they provide us two single beds attached to each other. Find a logic, with the bed frame edges that you hit as you turn, good luck to a good night sleep.
4. Location – manageable with good parking area. Foot of the hill.

Average is Average

It's normal; the room is fine, although the beds are a bit uncomfortable: the wifi doesn't reach the rooms. It has a free restaurant and free parking. The breakfast is paid. The attention, right.
