Beyond expectations, excellent hotel for quality-price ratio. Quiet and clean room. Unfortunately, like most hotel rooms in Romania, smells of cigarettes that bothered us a lot. A special thank you to the beautiful girl at the reception who patiently waited for us for our later check-in.

excellent value for money, very good breakfast offer, polite and friendly staff, prime location in Sinaia close to Gondola, walking distance from Peles Castle, bus station at 20 meters from hotel connecting the city center. Clean and spacious rooms with balconies

A pretty cozy hotel, a bit aged.
Extraordinary cleaning, nice staff, a great breakfast, great position in Sinaia.
We choose from the rooms with the landscape, was pretty great, other rooms are facing another building.
A small problem was the parking lot, on the left side of the hotel. If you drive a small engine manual you can fry your clutch. 
Price was a bit spicy but expected based on the competition in town. 


Oldie but goodie

The hotel is very close to the ski slope, which is great! Wonderful staff, warm, cozy and quiet room. The restaurant has a diverse menu, and high-chairs for small children. I don't have anything bad to say, so me and my family will come back again, for sure! 

Just perfect! 

Wonderful view of the mountains, big nice spatious room and toilet. For the price, well spent money for a pleasant trip.
We will come back for sure. The breakfast could be better, but it serves its purpose.
Otherwise, we really appreciated the place.

Very pleasant view

I recommend to book your room with view to the mountain. The position of the hotel allows various hikes, gondola rides  and visiting the city. Friendly staff, excellent food that can be served in the room or on the terrace. The rooms are modern and they have balcony.

Excellent choice

Very unsuitable for a conference venue! Rooms are ok, but a bit dated. Apalling service at the restaurant! Food is ok-ish. Can be better. Staff is rude and not helpful. Table wear is old and un-appealing.

Very bad experience

Close location to Peles castle, great view to the mountains. Large room, modern style, in good shape. Unfortunately without elevator, many stairs.
Hotel has a bar and restaurant, with good quality food, medium prices, friendly staff.
Parking places available.
Breakfast - average offer. Coffee taste could be better.

Resonable quality - cost

A pleasant hotel near the center and attractions with an acceptable breakfast. we took the option of mountain views which we had to pay a little more and certainly deserved the full price, incredible views. the only bad thing i would say is that in the off season the restaurant that was supposed to close at 22:00 closed at 21:00 due to lack of people without notice.

It started as a normal trip, I arrived at the hotel on the 29th December, the staff was nice and the room big enough for the resort. Unfortunately cleaning every day lacks a lot. They make the bed like throwing a blanket over the messed up pillows, the towels dont get replaced and there is no vacuum used in the room from one day to the other.
I decided to overlook that and enjoy my trip so on the 31st of December, my husband and I proceeded to the restaurant where the New Years Eve party was being held and were showed to our table, which was in a corner, under fluorescent lights, crowded, no way to reach the dance floor. The very small dance floor. We tried to order something from the menu we already paid for, but the waiters were too busy dancing to actually do their jobs so we ended up serving ourselves. All night was a disaster, the wine was terrible and the food was old, especially the meat. It was like all the leftovers from the previous days were combined into the menu for this night.
Don't come here!! They are rude, and when confronted with these facts their reaction was to tell us to calm down or they will call security.
Again, Don't book this hotel, especially for special events. They will ruin your night!!!
