The hotel is located in a picturesque area. There is a large backyard with a mountain view. Barbecue facilities and a small children playground are also available. We lived in room 6. The room is spacious and has a very convenient bed. Decorated in wooden style and had a big balcony.
 
The hotel representative Natalia (owner’s wife) displayed her utter disrespect to the tourists from Israel. She said she doesn’t like tourists from Israel because “they always leave the rooms dirty, have 3 children and often request additional towels to the room”. She also said that her husband is usually deeply shocked when he sees on booking.com that any of the rooms in the hotel are booked by the tourists from Israel. The rest of the staff do not display a hint of respect to the guests at the hotel. They behave as if you are not the guest of the hotel and as if they do you a favor by allowing you to reside in the hotel.
 
This place is don’t match the level of a 4-star hotel!
- There were constant disturbances with Wi-Fi connection, and the staff tried to assure me that they have no problem to connect to Wi-Fi.
- The staff does not speak English, only Romanian, except for Natalia who speaks Russian.
-After noon, the staff leaves the hotel, and it remains abandoned until the next morning, so you have nobody to address if you have any questions. 
- The breakfast is very poor and does not correspond to the level of 4-star hotel.
- There is no air conditioning in the hotel. In our room was very hot. When I asked the staff to provide us at least with a fan, instead of it we received a recommendation to wait for an hour and will be colder...
-There is no kettle in the room. You can take the hot water from their kitchen, but it’s not comfortable.
- The water in the shower did not drain off well as it was clogged.
-The TV remote controller and part of the light did not work.
- The most shameful thing was the fact that once we left the hotel, the owners cancelled our stay on booking.com as if we did not stay in it at all. We assume it was done for us not to be able to write review . 

Tourists from Israel are not welcome here!

It was a pleasure to stay at Casa Natalia. The Host was very friendly and courteous and the Room was tidy and clean. Maybe it is a little bit to expensive for the region but I can't compare to other hotels, hostels and or guesthouses. 

First Night in Romania 

Lovely hotel just outside the Main Street. Hotel staff didn’t speak English but my boyfriend spoke Spanish so that wasn’t a problem. The room was gorgeous with a super comfy bed. There were just two things to note. As we were at the top of the house the room got very warm and there was no fan. The other rather odd thing was there was no hook in the shower for the shower head so you had to hold it up while showering which wasn’t ideal.

Very sweet hotel

The perfect place to be! You can relax, and enjoy! Has a soundproof room and is very clean and cosy! The staff is great! They sre discreet! Verry clean rooms and the smell welcomes you inside! Just take a look!

Casa Natalia is amazing!

We spent a night here and we felt like kings. Big rooms with very nice balcony. Having only a few rooms, you will always have silence here. It is closed to a river and a forest so your ears and your eyes will be delighted. Very delicious breakfast included. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. It's a real 5 star accomodation. Very clean and comfortable. You can go by car to the centre of the town to visit it or to eat dinner. We spent quality time here and we forgot to take pictures inside the rooms. Sorry for that, I can guarantee that the pictures from their site are real.
