Sovata

It's a very nice place where you can stay while in Sovata. The rooms are nice and clean and the location is also great. There is a kitchen you can also use. It's located close to the center and to the Bear lake which is the main attraction.

Great place

The pension is only a few minutes walk to Bear Lake. It is in an excellent position with rooms on the front having an open view along the valley and small balconies - for no extra charge. Eight large rooms on two floors and then rooms in the roof space. Very new building. Beautifully kept. Everything works well and everywhere spotlessly clean. Don’t be put off by no breakfast provision. There is an excellent kitchen with good seating inside and out. A supermarket is close by. A coffee machine allows free coffee and provides hot water for tea. Fantastic value for money.

Fabulous

Went to enquire about availability for few nights for my family. While parking my husband accidently pushed their bins and that is when  a very rude member of staff came out and  started shouting in front of my children.
 Very unacceptable and a terrible experience for a family holiday.

AWFUL customer service

The room is large and comfortable. The bed is large and the bedroom is comfortable. The room is very clean. Parking right in front of the establishment to park his car. The establishment is ideally located to go to the Salt Lake, 10 minutes walk. Little negative point, the staff does not speak French or Romanian and the person did not make an effort to try to exchange.

Very nice room very nice situation

We've stayed for 10 days at Prestige Villa. It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful nature.
A big plus is the location: very close to the Bear Lake and the restaurants in the center, in a quiet green neighborhood. The views at sunset are very beautiful. 
 
Everything is new- the villa itself is a solid elegant new building, well entertained, the furniture is new, the kitchen is well equiped and all is clean and of good quality. The owner seemed interested to provide quality over saving. The owners and the cleaning lady were always nice and helpful.

There is a barbeque in the garden, a nice terrace, big parking, a green garden, a little cottage for children, a wooden garden swing. 

When we'll go back to Sovata, we'll definetly book it again.

A perfect place to relax

It's a big new house with a free kitchen and access to the living room. We called to give our arrival time. The interlocutor speaks English. The set is impeccable, large rooms, near Lake Ursu. Little problem, the address wasn't in my GPS and there are many streets with unique direction. We get there through the top of Trandafirilor Street. We had our breakfast at a nearby hotel. We would return there.

It's brand new, great.

We stayed three nights and had booked two rooms. The place is clean, modern and very well kept up. On top of that this villa is only I think two years old (or even newer) so everything is in brand new condition. Wi-Fi was excellent and the staff very helpful. They do have a kitchen (which you can use to cook your own meals) at the main level with a dining room with cloth tabletops and I think leather chairs, the kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, pots, cutlery, microwave and coffee machine. you can walk to the Ursu Lake or the treatment complex which is in front of the villa. Also you can walk to the restaurants and city center. Do not have a reception area as per say but this thing didn't inconvenience us. Very quiet place and there is plenty of space for your car.
