We have arrived to this hotel late in the afternoon. We were immediately checked in. The rooms have good size,  a big bathroom with walk-in shower,  modern and clean. We had a large TV set mounted on the wall,  minibar with very reasonable prices. 
The beds were comfortable.  We had a very good night sleep.  After we were checked in we went to the restaurant of the hotel were we ate a soups that were very tasty. Also the second plate that we ordered was very fresh and tasty. The service was very good. 
We recommend eating to this restaurant. 
The breakfast in the morning was OK, too. Coffee was very good.
The hotel is situated 3 km away from the centre of Suceava. Parking of the car is made in the courtyard of the hotel. 

A quiet place close to Suceava 

We had a terrible experience. Every staff member has his way of doing things and not even one has a clue about their own policies. They tell you one thing on the phone and then they do another one. Do you want to return your money the easy way? It will not happen here. Will you end up with all the rooms cancelled just because “they have our clients that want to stay there”? Yes! My advice is to avoid them.

Worst choice, avoid.

Been there in a business trip, the hotel was very nice, good rooms and very warm inside 👍🏻
About the restaurant try to be aware about what you order and what they bring to you(ordered beef and recieved pork) 👎🏻

Great hotel but poor restaurant services

This a rather small hotel with adjacent restaurant. When I arrived there was a wedding party, but was not able to hear any loudness. So either the Romanians suck at parties or the hotel is very quiet :)
Seriously though - room was big, bathroom was very comfortable and the wi-fi connection was like a rocket. Inside the hotel there is a restaurant - not connected with the one next buiding. It is very cheap, meals are very very good and delivered in just few minutes. I loved that place. There is an internal parking, so your car would be safe and it is a great starting point for all trips. I spent there 3 nights being able to see Monasteries, Maramures and all attractions nearby. No problem reaching that place.
The only thing I missed was the fridge in the room, but like I said a cold beer was downstairs in the restaurant.
Ah ..   The receptionist Alexandra has the most beatiful smile I ever seen ;-)

Superb hotel

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and it was very nice. The room was big and the beds were comfortable. The food selection is good and all the food we ate was great! We even got a packed lunch when we had an early flight. Cezar was very helpful, from 3 am wake-up calls to giving tips on which monasteries to visit. The only downfall is that it is very difficult to find as there is another street with the same name across town.
