The hotel is placed in a pretty pitoresque area, on the shore of the Danube River and is reachable by car or foot after taking the ferry, which is the only way for crossing the river. The cost of the ferry is 20 lei for car (passengers included) and 1 leu/ person - without a car, bike or whatever. 
The rooms are quite clean and designed in good taste, with a large balcony (our room was overseeing the river, even if it was at the ground floor). Even if it was enough space, it wasn't provided with chairs and a table, so if you wanted to spend some time in the balcony, you had to stand. The bathroom was clean, except for a towel that had a dead bug on it. It took some time at the shower to have hot water. The fridge was very noisy and unuseful if you take into account that at the entrance is a note that forbids having your own drinks and food. This is pretty disturbing, because it is not advertised anywhere (neither on booking.com, nor on other sites it appears), and the hotel's restaurant is the only place to eat in the area. 
The restaurant prices are pretty high taking into account the area, the quantity and quality of the food and none-the-less, the serving service. I had for dinner a greek salad that was served without a dressing and my husband had a pork steak with french fries. I could use some salt and pepper, vinegar and sunflower oil to prepare my salad, but the oil was rancid, having a really bad smell. I asked for some olive oil and that was ok. 
In the morning we could choose from 8 types of breakfast, and we chose the cold cuts type, receiving some doubtable quality salami, skin included, 2 pieces of yellow cheese, 1 piece of extra salty feta like cheese, half of a small tomato 6 slices of cucumber and 5 olives, accompanied by some marmelade and butter. We could have a coffee or a tea, choosing coffee, which was ok. 
As my husband finished his breakfast, the waitress came and asked if he's done. Even if I was still eating she tried to take away my plate, either, and when I said that I obviously haven't done eating, she left without apologizing. 
The property has a very small pool, that was only half filled with water (the day we arrived) being of no real use. 
The drainage of the A/C unit was damaged, having all the water spilled in our balcony. 
The TV was set to ukrainean language and the remote worked very bad. 
We didn't like the attitude of the girl that worked there, being the receptionist and the waitress as well. She seemed disturbed by working there or by guests, the only nice thing she said being "have a nice trip" when we left - maybe being pleased we left. 
We enjoyed the natural silence of the area, a good place to rest.

Not a 4 star place

The place is beautiful but the personnel is awful. They wanted to charge me 30 lei for nothing specified, after showing them the prices on their site they quickly let me pay the ammount specified by me, they didn’t even let me use a fridge for keeping my food and drinks there because of “their policy”, the pool is opened 24/24 but after you get there you discover that the pool is opened until 20:00, showed only at the pool written by transparent marker on a board. The receptionist also managed to insult me saying that me and my group created an awful situation and saying that “you are a….”. Also our ID cards we’re hold at the reception all the stay because “the policies”. I highly reccomend calling the cops if you end up in a situation like this rather that pating a lot of money for nothing. WORST EMPLOYEES EVER MET!
