We stayed two nights in the newer building. Nice clean room with adjoining bathroom. Dinner was delicious, breakfast plentiful. Being a weekend, many bikers were there who were rather noisy at night, but that is expected in a hostel in this area. The big minus was the internet. Wifi is only available in the dining room or very close to it. Other than that, it was a nice stay with very friendly hosts.

Beatiful place and surroundings

We stayed one night in this casy place, we had some trouble in finding this place, but after get to the hotel, everything is just perfect, it is located not too far from the Rimetea town, and the starting point for the mountain hiking.  We order the dinner which is super yummy, and the homemade shot was great too.  The owner is so good to allow us late check out after the hiking.  Only thing that need to improve is the internet, as we can't have any internet in our room, mostly in the lobby only.  Other than that, everything is just great.

Cozy stay

Initially, the plan was to have a place to sleep while we were interested to climb the rocks.

The place is very clean and, although the bathroom is separated from the room, this bathroom is private for the room. It has even the same number as the room.

Breakfast and dinner were included and were excellent. The breakfast is buffet and the dinner consist of homemade soup, second dish and desert. All fresh and tasty. I could hardly wait to gonfor dinner and discover the surprises.

I gave a point less for the fact that all meals were outside the pension actually in the main pension but the biggest minus was the noise that we had to bare in the last night. Some visitors were listening to loud music, talking loud ( probably due to local palinka) and this made us go to sleep very difficult. Actually you can hear everything from the rooms close tonyour room.

Despite that the view to the mountain, the air and the nice little village were this nice pension is located really make sense to visit.

For sure we will return.

Rimetea holiday 2016

An exceptional place with hospitable people, with exceptional food, a place for friends or families. The landscape from the garden is extraordinary. A place were detail matters - rediscover atmosphere of the place (Rimetea) inside the house - paintings, ceramics, arhitectural details, etc.
Rooms are very clean, simple and nice decorated.The price is suitable for the accomodation and meals that are included are great.

Cozy place with very kind owners

Cozy place with friendly people.Rimetea is small town, sightseeing takes maybe 1-2 hours, but if anybody wants to stay longer and want to climb on the Piatra Secuiului, Casa Demeter is perfect stay. We felt there like in our home :) Delicious food
