The rooms look nice and clean, we had air conditioning and minibar and tv (which are a plus), the deck is very useful, the pool is very clean, the grass is cut, the place per total is perfect for a couple of days. Unfortunatelly there is a lack of attention for the details that can make a difference and that we expected from a 4 ⭐️ hotel. Also, the food at the restaurant (we had breakfast and dinner) is ok, but not at all what we expected from this place. 
Regarding the Golf Club, we were not allowed to play or not even to practice because we were beginners and told it is complicated and that we might affect the grass.

Good location

If you want to spend a couple of days in a wonderful place you should come to this hotel. The personal was extraordinary and the golf course is very good, the food is excellent and nearby the hotel you can buy cheese from Sheppard directly. The pool it was wonderful. I recommend this hotel.

An beautiful and quiet hotel

special days spent there in a good atmosphere and great time swimming in the pool with our kids. We were with our large family and everybody had something good to do for his own relaxing time!!!
 You all have to go there!!!!

Holiday time

The property is actually quite beautiful. You can dine inside and outside, there is lots of space and a nice pool.
The rooms were nice, clean and spacious and we had a good sleeping quality. Even though two lamps of our bathroom mirror were out of order and definitely need replacement.

The food:
Breakfast: No cereal variation - no muesli or healthy choices - only over sugared kids cereal - very often no fruits at all on the breakfast buffet, but at least plain yoghurt - we were happy that one of our team had a big muesli and cereal collection in the car, so all the women were happy. Please - you are a golf hotel, so expectations are to get as well healthy choices and not only the tons of sausages and meat and eggs with meat on top. I expect from a cook if the meat options are untouched and there were no other hotel guests than us to change the options of breakfast. Only goat cheese, cucumber and tomato as healthy choices.

The dinner: Way too much food - 4 courses and huge amounts of food which nobody of our team managed to eat. Half of each course would be still ok and still too much. We stayed here 5 days and only on one of the 5 days there were a tasty variation vegetables on the plate coming with the meat and on another day a tasty salad . on all other days meat meat meat....or meat and potatoes. Just not my way of eating at all and not enough variation either. 

The staff: Nobody even told us what we were served. As there was no menu  the least to expect is that somebody tells you what we have on our plates.

The bar: We were only 10 people and on the 3rd day they were out of gin & tonic, which we loved to drink after our trips before dinner. A good bar tender notices this behavior and immediately checks the stock and if they have enough for the next days - but they organized a new bottle for the next day...

The pool: I was happy to go swimming in the morning but the pool water was pretty dirty - lots of leaves. There we no pool tools and no bedding for the beach chairs - not even in the afternoon. Were people expected to lay down in their bikinis on the hard surface? Sorry, but that´s not ok.

Would I come back? Only if we do a new offroadtrip and there is no other choice available and then I hope for improvement.

Great property with potential but it needs a lack of improvement

Great personnel. Large rooms. Good wood furniture. The A/C didn't work. Just 3 TV channels. Pool water cold. Bathroom faucet old and hard to use. Old lingerie, but clean. Expensive and simple menu with few choices. 4* just on paper. 

Needs to be refreshed. 

The location is amazing...great green surrounding !
On a first look it is a very nice hotel but once you see the details you keep thinking that the potential of the hotel is so high...they are simply missing some of the critical points to make it amazing ! 
The rooms are so nicely decorated and you can find everything there...but maintenance shall be better. 
AC is good
The receptionist and waiters are very nice, all try their best to make us happy .  
Wi fi dont work in the room only in the lobby.
Cleaning at the room can be better - also the smell. because these are wooden rooms, a little aroma spray at the corridors could make a change.
There were some bugs in the rooms, we are in the nature...true but important to maintain the roms in this aspect 
During breakfast  - There were only 1 bread proposal, no toasts / toasters  and not any kind of deserts .

So much potential.. it requires a little bit more attention to make it an amazing location !

We are a French family with 2 young children and we booked one night. Unfortunately the vision is different than on the internet site : old, not well maintain, some area dirty. 
First of all, it's very common in Roumanie but not for us, dogs are staying  on the terrasse and eating with us. My daughter 4 years, passed her time on our arms during the fdinner and sorry it's not clean and we don't know how they  can behave, please wake up if you want to welcome foreigners. The swimming cool is not maintained correctly, no chemical product for chlore or ph, the water was smelling and a bad taste.
Our room was correct but the phone inside is not working and the water was suspicious by the color ( yellow). The staffs were polite and try to do their best. Nevertheless, again I am surprise with the 4 stars, it's just impossible, except if they got some fees. In my opinion, we are at max 2 stars at French Level and I am generous. Therefore I will not recommend you, but for one night it could be possible if the expectations are low.
