From the first moment we had entered in the hotel we felt a very clogged smell, the door of the hotel wasn't cleend for long time. At the reception, the woman who was there didn't have even known well the name of the agency who booked the room for us and told us that, actually, we don't have any reservation at their hotel. After a few verifications, she gave us the keys of the room. The most infecting and miserable room we ever saw. There were no elevator so we have to use the stairs. We entered in the room and we felt the same clogged smell, the door wouldn't close unless you slammed it, the window wasn't washed for long time, the bathroom is totally different comparing with the pictures, the floor of the shower was miserable and we were scared to wash there, the towels were torn at the margins and yellowed, glasses from the bathroom and form the room had a lot of fingerprints and were very dirty, the carpet was dirty and I think that in the last months nobody vaccumed it, dust not erased, the bad they they name it matrimonial was, actually, a bed good for two kids, the bedding only had the pillows and sheet on, and the quilt was supposed to have been the responsibility of the customers to put on and also the comforter was stained and yellowed.
After all this things, we were scarred to eat in their restaurant so we were to take the dinner at other restaurant. I called my agent and told her all about the hotel and its disappointing conditions. She told us that she will call at the hotel to change our room. When we turned back at the hotel, the woman who was there tried to change the room, but also the other two rooms had exactly the same problems as ours. We decided to cheek-out and find other accommodation. Actually, at the reception, they told us that we have to come and take the bill in the next morning.
In the morning we came back for the bill and again they insisted that we didn't had any reservation. The receptionist called the hotel manager and she refused to come and talk with us. She only told if that we really had a reservation, to send the voucher on its WhatsApp number displayed on the top of the reception desk. I called again my agent and she called the office. She told receptionist that we no need to receive any bill and they are supposed to send it to the travel agency's e-mail.
In the end, for those who will have enough patience to read all this things, we only want to tell them to never book this hotel and find any other accommodation. Thank you!

If you care about your health, read this!!

I stayed 3 night ( room 106) . The hotel looks good, this is where the good parts end, now the unpleasant part:
no ceaning in the rooms ( before accomodation and during it );
in the bathroom smells like sewer;
the air conditioning smelled like public toilet, Gara  de Nord kind if you know what i mean (very large windows and high temperatures , perfect combination )
i had to ask for toilet paper and fresh towel ( we used towels to cover the sewer but it didn't work ) because the maid had forgatten to stop by

I do not recommend this place

The woman in the reception does not speak English. She does not try to help.
The room is minimal.
The shower is very poor and the tap was broken.
Many stairs to the room. Breakfast in the celler was cold and poor.
Noise from the street.
We advise to skip this hotel.
It does not deserve 3 stars. Maybe only one.
Ugly, smelly and dirty.

I stayed 4 nights in this hotel. the whole room looks good but there are still things to be solved. in the bathroom it smelled extremely bad every day and due to its location in the city center on the main street there is quite a lot of noise. good breakfast

Nice place

While it may look awesome in the photos, the hotel is not as good as it claims.
With yellow-stained bed sheets, a TV full of dust and dirt on the sink, this is how we received the room.
Because we have visited it during colder period, heating was necessary. The issue was though, there was no thermostat to stop the heating. So we found ourselves in the middle of the night sweaty and thirsty. The comfort of a good night sleep has been compromised.
We also had to play the TV louder to cover the loud music coming from the restaurant. And there was no party, the club music they play is just that way!
Also, after being asked the 2nd day if we wanted or towels to be replaced and answering positively... Guess what. No new towels.
Also, breakfast was terrible. You can read more on the restaurant in my review I submitted on it. 

Run somewhere else

Stayed here for 1 night and overall had a good stay but the breakfast was awful. The room was very clean and was, on surface decorated beautifully, but was verging on a bit tacky once you had a proper look. 
Facilities were lovely but our fridge was left open and turned off so had to wait for it too cool down. In a good location but right next to a massive supermarket so views aren't great. There is a hip restaurant attached to the hotel which is good for dinner but the breakfast needs some serious improvements. It was situated in the huge basement of the hotel with only 6 tables or so filling the entire room, so there is not a nice atmosphere. The food was mediocre and no cold milk for cereal.

It tried hard

I'll just get the bad out of the way.  Unless the windows are closed, you will either have the main street on one side or people drinking below you from the Magazin.  With the windows closed, the tiny NOISY air conditioner won't let you sleep because it's too hot and noisy. 

However, if you're there during the times of the year when windows are closed, it's a very lovely and comfortable hotel.  They really spent a lot on rooms, décor, and bathrooms, and it shows.  

Both front desk girls were friendly and speedy.  There are no elevators so you likely will have to carry your own bags.  

Prices were reasonable.  There is an attached restaurant that has indoor and outdoor seating.  Breakfast was good.

Very nice

We spent 2 nights here. The hotel is very good in terms of cleanliness, facilities. Well interior design. Good air conditioning in the rooms. 
One of the receptionist, Ileana was really helpful and customer oriented.
On the negative side, the breakfast is really basic with low quality products. See photo attached. They really should increase the quality here. Even if they increase a little bit the Price, It will bring real value. With the existing breakfast, you cannot stay more than 2 nights.
We were also unlucky because the air vents from the kitchen has broken and terrible noise invaded the rooms above. It was really impossible to stay inside. They turned it off from time to time. They managed to fix it on day later. But it was a bit of a nightmare between 18 and 22PM.
