The Anzas offers good value for money. I stayed there twice, each time for one night, in a "luxe" room consisting of a small livingroom and a separate bedroom. Cost was around $120/night. The room was spotlessly clean, the bathroom was large and had a good shower with plenty of hot water, and there was a well-stocked mini-bar. The small cafe on the first floor serves basic but well-prepared food, and offers several made-to-order breakfast choices. There's also a well-equipped sauna complex. I'm Russian-speaking, so I can't say how one would fare here in English, but I found the personnel helpful and attentive. When I needed to depart early in the morning before the cafe opened, the front desk clerk handed me a picnic breakfast. The location, near the train station, is good for access to downtown, though try to get a room on the side of the hotel facing the street, not the railroad tracks.
