Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk is open 24/7. Due to the scheduled hydraulic tests on urban heating networks, hot water supply is turned off in Abakan from 08/28/2025 (12:00 AM) to 09/01/2025 (11:59 PM). From 08/28/2025 (12:00 AM) to 08/29/2025 (11:59 PM), cold water supply is turned off in Abakan. Boilers with a capacity of 50 liters will be included in the rooms for the period of hot water supply shutdown from 08/28/2025 to 09/01/2025. The boiler is provided for two rooms.
Children under 7 years stay free of charge, without providing a separate seat.
The hotel charges for early check-in:
- from 12:00 AM to 09:00 AM the cost of half a day will be charged, breakfast included on the day of early arrival
- an hourly rate is charged from 09:00 AM to 02:00 PM.
Check-out from 12:00 PM to 06:00 PM is subject to an hourly rate, and if the guest is delayed from 18:00 to 24:00, half-day is charged.
