In order to maintain and develop high service standards, the Wellness Club aqua zone pools and the gym will be closed for scheduled cleaning from November 10, 2024 to November 20, 2024. Also, during this period and until December 12, 2024 inclusive, the thermal zone will be closed: saunas and hammam. The solarium, massage rooms, and hairdresser areas will be available for visiting. The Breeze pool complex will be unavailable for visiting from November 20, 2024 to November 27, 2024.
Documents required for registration at the hotel:
- passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
- children under 14 years of age traveling accompanied by parents must have a birth certificate; or a notarized power of attorney for an accompanying person if the child is traveling without parents;
- children over 14 years of age traveling without legal representatives must have: an identity document, notarized consent of legal representatives (one of them);

Guests over 18 years of age are charged a resort fee of RUB 50.00 per night per person for stays longer than one night.
