Now there are two houses in Lapochkino Gnezdo: Dad's tree house with a personal SPA pool, which is not visible to prying eyes, and Daughter's tree house with direct access to the lake and a beautiful view.

The entire territory of Lapochkino Gnezdo is fenced and guarded. Video surveillance is being conducted. Guests who come with pets need to bring a bed and utensils for the pet.

In the houses

All houses have wood-burning fireplaces. The house has two floors, it is located at a height of 4 m from the ground. A modern heating and ventilation system creates a comfortable temperature. Full bathroom and equipped kitchen. The refrigerator will contain homemade eggs, farm butter and bread, which the guest house bakes on its own. Private BBQ areas with patios are located next to the houses. Unlimited oak and birch firewood.

The houses have a guidebook with information about interesting locations in the area, walking and cycling routes and other possible leisure activities. Two adult bicycles with a child seat (in summer), tubing (in winter), fishing rods are also included in the price.
