We stayed here two nights visiting a friend. The hotel is nice but no elevator. We were in a nice room on the top floor. They did have someone take our luggage to our room. The resturant downstairs is nice ...BUT beware that just as you walk through the door there is a big step down. There is no warning...even in Russian. I fell going in and injuried my knee. The resturant staff did not seem to care. My Russian friend and a Russian man eating nearby helped me up. The hotel needs to put in warning signs about the step down. Someone could be seriously injuried. As it was I had a swollen knee and had to get treatment when I got home for it. Breakfast was included...it was a buffet that was ok but not great
