The hotel is located on a closed territory of 25 hectares in the upper part of the village: 0.9 km to the village center (walking distance from stores, cafes, pharmacy, sports equipment rental), 7 km to the village Romantic (ski slopes and cable cars), 0.6 km to the coniferous forest and 1 km to the river B.Zelenchuk, 10 m to the bathhouse with a vat.

At guests' disposal: free car park, Wi-Fi throughout the territory, laundry services, cafe in winter season. For a full-fledged family holiday there are 2-room cabins for up to 4 Guests.
