At the apartment

The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people — in the living room there is a double bed with an orthopedic mattress 140x200, and a fold-out sofa 140x190. In the bedroom: two beds with an orthopedic mattress 90x200. Guests have access to disposable slippers, towels, an iron, a digital TV with Smart-TV, and Wi-Fi. There is its own gas boiler for heating and water heating.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, and necessary utensils. There is also tea, coffee, sugar, spices and cleaning products.

In the bathroom: plumbing fixtures, hair dryer, liquid soap, personal hygiene products: gels, shampoos, paper, cotton pads, etc.

The apartments have a remote independent check-in/check-out system. Late check-out and early check-in are possible, agreed upon individually.

Travel documents are provided. Registration takes place using a passport. Payment by bank transfer is possible.

There are parking spaces or paid parking.
