Friendly staff, close to the sea, slept great in the room.  I stayed there one week.  This was a fine hotel and I would stay there again.  Bed and breakfast type vibe. Close to good restaurants and the sites of the town.

Good Hotel for the money

A relatively small hotel, but very plush rooms for such an establishment, in what is a small city largely reliant on summer, seaside, trade. By Western European standards/prices this was extraordinary good value, with a very friendly and accommodating staff. Located very close to the waterfront.

Great value, and friendly.

We stayed here for a weekend and had a very comfortable stay.  We decided to come back to visit for 10 days.  The second visit we stayed in the same room, it reeked of smoke.   When we asked for another room, they sai
d no.  the hotel does not appear to be full.   We were charged more for the room and breakfast was not included.  We were even charged to use a blowdryer.  The room was not cleaned during our 2 night stay, they did not even empty the waste basket! 
We are trying to find another hotel to move to.  One big bonus is they do have free wifi in the room.

Nice hotel but has issues

This was my second time in three months to stay at this hotel. I stayed in a Lux I room both visits. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and well attended. The price of the room will vary depending on the time of year you decide to stay. Berdyansk is a resort city on the sea so prices will increase during the tourist season. Breakfast is included in the price of the room. The food is good and the service is personal as the cook will take your order and prepare everything fresh. The hotel is located within walking distance of the beach and all the restaurants and attractions offered by Bersyansk. The staff speaks little if any English so it would help you quite a bit if you speak some Russian or have somone with you that does. The staff is very friendly and accomodating to all visitors.
