The Skete of the Resurrection of Christ, as well as the community-settlement "Spasskaya" are located 1 km from the guest house. This guest house is located on the banks of the Volga. The house is located on the first line, 200 meters from the sandy beach.

The territory of the guest house is fenced, guests can also park a car there, equipped with a barbecue, skewers, a summer terrace. The house has 2 separate rooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower.

The first room has a double bed, the second room has 2 separate single beds. There is also an extra bed in the hall on the sofa and, if necessary, 2 folding comfortable beds, which are paid separately. The kitchen has dishes, a kettle, a gas stove, a refrigerator. The house has cold and hot water.
