Additional information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. In case of arrival after 12:00 AM, guests must call the hotel so that the reservation is not cancelled and clarify the arrival time. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.
The price of an extra bed also includes meals, if provided for by the tariff.
The tour price includes:
accommodation in a room of the selected category;
meals according to the buffet/set menu system*;
access to the pool and mini-saunas in the health complex, 2 hours per person per day. Guest must have a hat, slippers, a swimsuit.
animation and entertainment programs: no animation on Monday.
In case of occupancy of less than 25 guests, meals are provided according to the set menu.
Breakfast 08:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
Lunch 01:00 PM to 03:00 PM.
Dinner 07:00 PM to 09:00 PM.
With the Half Board meal type, the hotel provides only breakfast and lunch without the possibility of changes.
Accommodation and stay with pets is permitted with the presence of veterinary documents of the established form. The pet must be no more than 50 cm at the withers. In the Standard and Standard Plus rooms, no more than one animal is allowed. In the suite room, no more than two animals are allowed.

The New Year's banquet will be held on 12.31.2024, starting at 10:00 PM, ending at 02:00 AM. There are 2 restaurants to choose from:
Tropicana restaurant: RUB 17000.00 for 1 adult, RUB 11500.00 for children aged 7 to 12, RUB 8500.00 for children aged 3 to 6.
Olmeca restaurant: RUB 15000.00 for 1 adult, RUB 10500.00 for children aged 7 to 12, RUB 7000.00 for children aged 3 to 6.
Guests can enjoy: an oriental show, a performance by invited artists, a cover band Ded Moroz and Snegurochka, a DJ, a host, and a festive fireworks display.
Unlimited access to the pool.
