Guests can use the shared kitchen equipped with necessary household appliances, or visit the hotel's restaurant. The restaurant of the Gostiny Dom Hotel has 7 banquet halls, with a capacity from 10 to 200 people. Guests are offered a choice of several food options (buffet, complex meals, to order, food for the road), if desired, food will be delivered directly to the room.

Free services for guests: Internet access, laptop rental, individual safes for storing things and documents in the lobby of the hotel, laundry, business center (fax and photocopying), postal services, taxi booking, billiards. It offers a spa center, an outdoor heated pool, a gym, a massage room, billiards, air hockey, mini football and table tennis, conference rooms. For hotel guests, 1 hour of SPA center services is provided free of charge every day.
