The complex provides guests with: a playroom for children, the Skazka restaurant, a spa complex, a Finnish sauna, an indoor pool, an entertainment complex that includes a table tennis area, a cinema room, billiards, a gym, a hammam, and a hall inside the building where entertainment and educational activities are held for guests.

In the courtyard there are gazebos with barbecues and a playground, a medical complex offering various services, an open area on the street where the complex's employees regularly hold animation programs, as well as a rental office where you can rent a vehicle.

Free parking is provided for guests traveling by car.

In the sanatorium-resort complex, accommodation is possible both with a treatment program and without it. The medical center of the complex conducts various preventive, restorative and rehabilitative classes. Specialists work on the following profiles: respiratory organs, general therapeutic, cardiovascular diseases, musculoskeletal system, nervous system.

Various recreational activities are also available to guests, such as morning exercises, master classes, dance lessons, sports competitions, board games, and aqua aerobics.

The total area of the complex with the park is 8 hectares. The whole area is closed and guarded.
