I started with the fact that you couldn't contact the owner of the apartment through any channels other than a phone call. You just had to test the details of the apartment. I called several times and asked to send out the details, nothing could be done.

We lived in the apartment for a week, when we entered, there were no basic expenses, like soap or dishwashing agents, but it's midday. When I booked (after 2 weeks) I wrote that I would need a late departure - without getting an answer, I decided that I was already in the process of solving this question. When I got to the place, I clarified again, and
