Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The reception is open 24 hours, but if guests want to check in after 00:00, they need to call and notify them of the check-in time.

Moderately big, exceptionally clean, spacious. I loved it.
Spotless. Incredible breakfast, for just 550 rubles.
What was bad
No hot water in room, and no coffee or tea mugs... had to use the plastic cups in the hallway which I don't like.
