The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. The price includes one visit to the SPA area per day for each guest (except for the Basic Standard category). The allowed time to stay in the SPA area is no more than 2 hours.
On holidays and weekends, each guest's room rate includes a one-time visit to the Spa area lasting no more than 2 hours.
On one side of the hotel, construction work is underway in the adjacent building.
Late check-out is paid additionally, based on the following:
check–out from 12:00 PM, midday to 6:00 PM - hourly payment, check-out from 6:00 PM to 11:59 PM - 50% of the room rate;
check-out after 12:00 AM, midnight – 100% of the room rate. Guests must contact the property in case of a change in the time of arrival and booking, in order to avoid possible penalties if possible.
Check-in at the hotel is possible only upon presentation of a passport of the Russian Federation for Russian citizens, or a foreign passport for citizens of other countries.
The sauna is an additional service and is charged at the rate of RUB 1500.00 per hour. |
