Location

Kottedzhnyij Gorodok Mini-hotel is located in the village of Olenevka, on Cape Tarkhankut. Olenevka has the middle name Russian Maldives, thanks to the endless beach with white sand and clear water. Even in the month of August, there are always few people on the beach. The snow-white beach turns into high, ragged and steep cliffs, where films were shot, and where guests of the mini-hotel are taken on a boat excursion.

Mini-hotel features

The cottage town consists of two buildings located close to each other.

In the first building, two-story cottages are for rent. On the ground floor of these cottages there is a kitchenette and a living room with a folding sofa and a bathroom, on the second floor there are two separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms and air conditioning in each bedroom. Each cottage has its own parking space and a barbecue area with the necessary accessories.

Also on the territory of the first building is a phyto-sauna with a font and a relaxation area. In a mini-hotel, promotions are often held to receive a free subscription to a phyto-sauna (when buying a full board from 5 days, a subscription to a phyto-sauna is a gift).

In the second building of the Cottage Town, one-room and two-room rooms with necessary amenities are for rent. On the territory there is a cafe, a swimming pool and a small playground.
