The guest house is suitable for relaxing with family and friends, as well as for organizing festive events. The house has a kitchen-living room with a table for 10 people, necessary dishes and household appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There are four bedrooms with beds with orthopedic mattresses: 2 bedrooms with a 160x200 bed, 1 bedroom with a 180x200 bed and 1 bedroom with two 140x200 beds. There is an 80x120 children's bed. Each room is equipped with wardrobes, chests of drawers, bedside tables, air conditioners, bathrobes and slippers. There are two bathrooms with a bath, shower, washing machine and hygiene products.

For entertainment and relaxation, there is an aqua gazebo - a wood-fired vat; a Russian bath with oak brooms; a warm pool 7 m x 4 m, 1.60 m deep, with constant water filtration. There is also a barbecue area and a gazebo, a grill, a 12-liter cauldron, a tandoor, a grill, skewers, rattan furniture, blankets for cool evenings.

For an additional cost, by prior arrangement, it is possible to prepare for the event: installing a tent, decorating the hall and gazebo, you can create a photo zone, organize table setting. The services of a host + DJ, professional sound and lighting equipment, as well as organizing catering at the request of guests are provided.
