At the cottage
At guests' disposal: two separate isolated rooms, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom. There is a double bed, two single beds, and a sofa. A split system with an air ozonation function is available in every bedroom.
There are LCD TVs in each room, as well as a TV with a Smart TV function, free WI-FI access is provided in the house and on the territory of the site.
In the kitchen: hob, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, dishes, kitchenware. In the bathroom: washing machine, hair dryer, iron with ironing board and dryer. Towels and bed linen are provided according to the number of basic beds.
The car can be parked near the house in the parking lot. The territory is under video surveillance.

Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The correct number of guests must be indicated at the time of booking, including children of all ages.
Contactless check-in is provided. An agreement is signed electronically before check-in. After signing the contract, guests receive instructions on how to check in. Basic information on check-in and accommodation will be provided to guests via a Telegram bot.
Early check-in and late check-out are agreed upon and paid separately. For guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, you must book the previous or next day, respectively.
Upon check-in, a security deposit is paid, which is refunded on the day of departure.
The choice of a house for accommodation remains at the discretion of the host party, but the wishes of the guests are taken into account.

Standard maintenance cleaning after check-out is included in the room rate.
