Additional information
The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. Guests are charged a resort fee of RUB 50.00 per person, per night, except for the first night of stay.
Upon arrival, you must pay a security deposit in the amount of 5000.00 RUB in cash or by bank card for the safety of the room, upon departure after checking the room, the deposit will be returned in the same way. The return time of the deposit to the card is up to 30 calendar days.
