Valuevo Sanatorium is located on the territory of New Moscow, 10 km from the Moscow Ring Road along the Kyiv highway. The territory of the sanatorium with cascading ponds, the embankment of the Likova River, an old linden park and an apple orchard has an area of more than 30 hectares. A monument of cultural heritage - the ensemble of the historical estate Valuevo - is located right on the territory of the sanatorium.

The main building was built in the 60s of the 20th century, it is a three-story building, which houses part of the room stock, a medical center, a restaurant, a cafe, a winter garden and a library. In the restored and renovated outbuildings of the Valuevo estate there are buildings 5 and 7 of the sanatorium, where guests can also be accommodated. In a separate fenced area, premium cottages are located, which are available for both short-term and long-term rentals. The set of rooms depends on the category. All rooms are equipped with bathrooms. When staying in a cottage, guests will have at their disposal several bedrooms, a sauna, a kitchen-living room and a garage.

Meals in the restaurant of the sanatorium are organized according to the "buffet" system. The choice of the guest provides the option of breakfast and three meals a day. In the cafe of the main building, guests can order dishes from the menu a la carte.

Medical specialization of the sanatorium: cardiology, neurology, allergology and respiratory problems, diseases of the musculoskeletal system. The specialists of the sanatorium provide a wide range of medical services from the initial consultation to a full course of treatment and rehabilitation according to specially designed programs. The main used therapeutic methods: balneotherapy, mud therapy, hydrotherapy, speleotherapy, physiotherapy, psychotherapy, aromatherapy, massage, health path, exercise therapy, therapeutic swimming, etc.

In the summer season, guests of the resort can spend time in a large linden park and on the territory of cascading ponds, and in winter they can rent skates and skis. Regardless of the time of year, there is a cafe and a library, rental of seasonal sports equipment, and billiards and table tennis are located in the main building. Regular sightseeing tours around the estate are organized for guests. Next to the main building is the current Church of the Intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
